【摘要】：區(qū)域經濟的良性協(xié)調發(fā)展是國家和社會進步的基礎和標志,產業(yè)布局與分工決定產業(yè)優(yōu)勢。產業(yè)發(fā)展與所在區(qū)域的政府支持、要素稟賦、市場條件、產業(yè)基礎和經濟水平等多個因素息息相關。文章從產業(yè)競爭力的角度,將行業(yè)規(guī)模、生產技術水平、運作經營能力、成長發(fā)展空間和政府扶持力度五個方面作為評價要素并構建評價指標,以此分析和評價區(qū)域產業(yè)結構和布局,并以華北區(qū)域醫(yī)藥產業(yè)為樣本進行了論證。
[Abstract]:The benign and coordinated development of regional economy is the foundation and symbol of national and social progress. Industrial distribution and division of labor determine industrial advantages. Industrial development is closely related to government support, factor endowment, market conditions, industrial basis and economic level. From the angle of industrial competitiveness, the paper takes the scale of industry, the level of production technology, the ability of operation and management, the space for growth and development and the degree of government support as the evaluation elements and constructs the evaluation index. Based on the analysis and evaluation of the regional industrial structure and layout, this paper demonstrates the regional pharmaceutical industry in North China.
