【摘要】：當(dāng)前全球經(jīng)濟形勢差異變化較大，國內(nèi)外金融環(huán)境變幻莫測，我國境內(nèi)與境外的經(jīng)濟、金融政策存在較大差異，金融市場價格存在差異。近年全球經(jīng)濟形勢持續(xù)動蕩，又近年正值全球多個國家先后經(jīng)過選舉年度，在政治、經(jīng)濟環(huán)境極不穩(wěn)定的形勢下，勢必導(dǎo)致全球投、融資環(huán)境的地區(qū)差異較大。 本文根據(jù)當(dāng)前國內(nèi)外金融環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀，分析近期境內(nèi)外金融整體形勢，，對各國的匯率政策及外匯變化的情況進行簡單分析。對一年以來國內(nèi)的金融形勢作出小結(jié)，對我國銀行業(yè)史無前例、規(guī)�？涨暗摹板X荒”事件作出概述，對銀行業(yè)流動性管控帶來對中國經(jīng)濟存在的影響作出分析，并對國外主要市場的外匯變化情況作出匯總和比較。 對在我國境內(nèi)、外均有經(jīng)營的跨國企業(yè)在跨境經(jīng)營的過程中，面臨的困境與機遇分別作出陳述，提出在如此獨特市場環(huán)境下，企業(yè)應(yīng)如何利用跨境政策與市場價格差異因素，合理合規(guī)地贏取最大化盈利機會作出分析。文中對當(dāng)前宏觀經(jīng)濟環(huán)境資金面緊張的背景下，境內(nèi)外融資差異作了比較，并針對不同類型的跨境投資企業(yè)的融資手段及金融服務(wù)方式作出建議，為企尋求解決投資經(jīng)營資金來源問題。 根據(jù)作者工作實踐，文章重點對各種不同類型與經(jīng)營性質(zhì)的企業(yè)列舉出大量案例。由于個人工作關(guān)系，研究也較多以粵、港、澳跨地區(qū)經(jīng)營的市場環(huán)境及特色金融方案為主（其中部分跨境政策也僅限于廣東省內(nèi)逐步試行并未對社會全面公開），這些案例具備真實的實踐意義，文中結(jié)合本人工作情況，對銀行金融服務(wù)及產(chǎn)品流程作出詳細的介紹，讓企業(yè)直觀了解業(yè)務(wù)模式與原理，企業(yè)案例均為已成功辦理的案例分析，具有現(xiàn)實借鑒意義。 最后，文章分析當(dāng)前金融業(yè)改革對跨境投資企業(yè)的利好因素，提醒企業(yè)應(yīng)面對挑戰(zhàn)，充分了解政策，抓住機遇，合理利用境內(nèi)外差異因素，在投資經(jīng)營過程中獲得資源使用最優(yōu)化，使企業(yè)自身的經(jīng)營與投資收益最大化。文章建議企業(yè)對國家金融創(chuàng)新政策的積極推動作出積極反應(yīng)，強調(diào)這些給力的政策對于跨境投資的企業(yè)的重要性，對企業(yè)是非常難得的好機遇。文中匯總了上海自貿(mào)區(qū)和深圳前海兩個比較特殊的經(jīng)濟區(qū)域的經(jīng)濟政策并作出比較，提出當(dāng)前的跨境企業(yè)應(yīng)該抓住機遇好好利用國家對金融經(jīng)濟區(qū)的發(fā)展和投資機遇。
[Abstract]:At present, the global economic situation varies greatly, the financial environment at home and abroad is unpredictable, the economic and financial policies of our country and abroad are different, the price of the financial market is different. In recent years, the global economic situation is in constant turbulence, and in recent years, many countries in the world have passed the election year first, and the political and economic environment is extremely unstable. Under the circumstances, it is bound to lead to a larger regional difference in the global investment and financing environment.
Based on the current situation of domestic and foreign financial environment, this paper analyzes the overall situation of domestic and foreign finance in the near future, makes a simple analysis of the exchange rate policy and foreign exchange changes in various countries. This paper makes a brief summary of the domestic financial situation for a year, and gives an overview of the unprecedented and unprecedented "money shortage" events in China's banking industry and the flow of the banking industry. The impact of sex control on China's economy is analyzed, and the foreign exchange changes in major foreign markets are summarized and compared.
In the process of cross-border operation of transnational enterprises both inside and outside China, the difficulties and opportunities are presented respectively. In this unique market environment, it is suggested that the enterprise should make analysis of how to make use of the difference between the cross-border policy and the market price to maximize the profit opportunities. Under the background of financial environment, the differences between domestic and foreign financing are compared, and the financing means and financial service methods of different types of cross-border investment enterprises are suggested, so as to find a solution to the source of funds for investment and management.
According to the author's work practice, the article lists a large number of cases with different types and business nature. Because of the personal working relationship, the research is mainly based on the market environment and the characteristic financial scheme operating in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Australia. Part of the cross-border policy is also limited to the Guangdong Province. Open), these cases have real practical significance. In this paper, the paper makes a detailed introduction to the banking financial services and product flow in combination with my work situation, so that the enterprise can understand the business model and principle intuitively. The case of the enterprise is a successful case analysis. It has practical significance.
Finally, the article analyzes the advantages of the current financial reform on cross-border investment enterprises, and reminds the enterprise to face the challenge, to fully understand the policy, to seize the opportunity, to make use of the differences between domestic and overseas, to optimize the use of resources in the process of investment and management, to maximize the business and investment income of the enterprise. The financial innovation policy to actively promote and make a positive response, stressed the importance of these awesome policies for cross-border investment of enterprises, is the rare opportunity to the enterprise. This paper summarizes the Shanghai free trade zone and the Shenzhen Qianhai two special economic zone economic policy and make a comparison, put forward the current cross-border enterprise should Seize the opportunity and make good use of the country's development and investment opportunities for the financial and economic zone.
