【摘要】：信息化時(shí)代下外語復(fù)合型人才的誕生,助推了區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,拉動(dòng)了世貿(mào)的繁榮。首先從高校服務(wù)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)意識(shí)不強(qiáng)、社會(huì)服務(wù)管理"對(duì)接"機(jī)制不夠健全、專業(yè)設(shè)置滯后于社會(huì)和市場的需求、大學(xué)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)不匹配用人單位的需要、外語教師隊(duì)伍"雙師素質(zhì)"有待提高等方面分析了外語復(fù)合型人才服務(wù)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)存在的問題,然后從高校更新服務(wù)意識(shí)觀念,提高辦學(xué)質(zhì)量、搭建大數(shù)據(jù)平臺(tái),構(gòu)建高校服務(wù)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)體系、轉(zhuǎn)變?nèi)瞬排囵B(yǎng)觀念,創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)模式、加強(qiáng)師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)等方面提出了求解方略。
[Abstract]:In the information age, the birth of foreign language talents promotes the development of regional economy and the prosperity of WTO. First of all, the university service region economic consciousness is not strong, the social service management "docking" mechanism is not perfect, the specialized setting lags behind the society and the market demand, the university graduate employment does not match the employer's need. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the service of foreign language complex talents in the regional economy from the aspects of "double teachers' quality" to be improved, and then, from the perspective of renewing service consciousness, improving the quality of running a school, setting up a platform for big data, and so on. The solutions are put forward in the aspects of constructing the regional economic system of university service, changing the concept of talent training, innovating the mode of talent training, and strengthening the construction of the teaching staff.
