【摘要】：隨著中國跨入服務經(jīng)濟時代,作為承載經(jīng)濟空間活動的城市群將致力打造服務業(yè)高層次開放協(xié)同發(fā)展平臺,吸引FDI向服務業(yè)集聚,促進區(qū)域可持續(xù)發(fā)展�；诳臻g經(jīng)濟視域,本文通過分析西部地區(qū)成渝城市群2005—2014年空間面板數(shù)據(jù),闡釋FDI和服務業(yè)集聚的經(jīng)濟效應,促進成渝城市群發(fā)展,希冀縮小東、中、西部城市群發(fā)展差距。實證分析顯示:FDI、國內(nèi)資本、人力資本以及服務業(yè)集聚對經(jīng)濟增長的貢獻度依次降低;FDI通過技術外溢效應為城市群經(jīng)濟增長帶來巨大動力;但由于服務業(yè)集聚空間分布呈現(xiàn)明顯的"兩極化"特征,因而未能顯現(xiàn)對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的整體提升作用。因此,增加及引導FDI流入服務業(yè),促進資本、勞動力等要素在城市群內(nèi)自由流動,優(yōu)化服務業(yè)集聚空間分布,深化城市群產(chǎn)業(yè)集群內(nèi)分工協(xié)作,助推服務業(yè)跨界融合,培育梯度產(chǎn)業(yè)價值鏈將是實現(xiàn)城市群區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的重要路徑。
[Abstract]:With China stepping into the era of service economy, the urban agglomeration, which carries economic space activities, will strive to create a high-level open and cooperative development platform for the service industry, attract FDI to the service industry agglomeration, and promote regional sustainable development. Based on the view of spatial economy, this paper analyzes the spatial panel data of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration in western China from 2005 to 2014, explains the economic effects of FDI and service industry agglomeration, promotes the development of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration, and hopes to reduce east and middle cities. The development gap of western urban agglomeration. The empirical analysis shows that the contribution of domestic capital, human capital and service agglomeration to economic growth decreases in turn. FDI brings huge power to urban agglomeration economic growth through technology spillover effect. However, the spatial distribution of service agglomeration shows obvious "polarization" characteristics, so it can not show the role of promoting the regional economy as a whole. Therefore, we should increase and guide FDI into the service industry, promote the free flow of capital and labor in the urban agglomeration, optimize the spatial distribution of service agglomeration, deepen the division of labor and cooperation in the industrial cluster of urban agglomeration, and promote the cross-border integration of the service industry. The cultivation of gradient industrial value chain will be an important way to realize the coordinated development of urban agglomeration regions.
