【摘要】：公路貨運(yùn)體系的框架結(jié)構(gòu)隨著我國(guó)公路貨物運(yùn)輸進(jìn)入快速發(fā)展時(shí)期和隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展已基本形成。在整個(gè)公路貨物運(yùn)輸體系的規(guī)劃、建設(shè)中，公路運(yùn)輸貨運(yùn)樞紐布局規(guī)劃均發(fā)揮著重要的角色，同時(shí)公路貨物運(yùn)輸體系的重要組成部分是公路運(yùn)輸貨運(yùn)樞紐�！豆愤\(yùn)輸樞紐總體規(guī)劃編制辦法》在2007年交通運(yùn)輸部為使國(guó)家公路運(yùn)輸樞紐規(guī)劃編制工作科學(xué)化、合理化、規(guī)范化的背景下制定出臺(tái)。在實(shí)際的公路運(yùn)輸貨運(yùn)樞紐發(fā)展過(guò)程中，編制辦法對(duì)我國(guó)公路貨物運(yùn)輸樞紐的建設(shè)發(fā)揮了相當(dāng)重要的作用。 近年來(lái)，廣州市經(jīng)濟(jì)和交通運(yùn)輸事業(yè)迅速發(fā)展，珠三角城市群發(fā)展規(guī)劃和廣州市城市建設(shè)總體戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃相繼出臺(tái)，廣州市域行政區(qū)劃作了新的調(diào)整，區(qū)域戰(zhàn)略格局呈現(xiàn)新的態(tài)勢(shì)，同時(shí)，《國(guó)家高速公路網(wǎng)規(guī)劃》以及《國(guó)家公路運(yùn)輸樞紐布局規(guī)劃》的編制完成，對(duì)廣州市公路運(yùn)輸樞紐規(guī)劃布局提出了更高的要求，需要對(duì)廣州市公路運(yùn)輸樞紐規(guī)劃布局進(jìn)行重新調(diào)整，使之能夠適應(yīng)新形勢(shì)下廣州市經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的需要，對(duì)統(tǒng)籌珠三角區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展、更好的發(fā)揮廣州市作為華南地區(qū)中心城市的“帶動(dòng)全省、輻射華南、影響東南亞”的職能具有十分重要的意義。 本文結(jié)合廣州市公路貨運(yùn)樞紐站場(chǎng)的現(xiàn)狀、未來(lái)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)及貨運(yùn)站場(chǎng)、物流中心的管理、規(guī)劃、布局等存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了相關(guān)研究。同時(shí)，在進(jìn)行廣州市貨運(yùn)量的預(yù)測(cè)過(guò)程中引用線性回歸法、指數(shù)平滑法和彈性系數(shù)等進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè)，取預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果中合適的數(shù)值或均值作為最終預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果。根據(jù)廣州市全社會(huì)貨運(yùn)量預(yù)測(cè)、公路貨運(yùn)量預(yù)測(cè)、以及公路貨運(yùn)樞紐站作業(yè)量占公路貨運(yùn)量的比重等指標(biāo)，計(jì)算出未來(lái)各特征年公路貨運(yùn)樞紐站場(chǎng)作業(yè)量。最后根據(jù)站場(chǎng)布局的原則和目標(biāo)，采用定性與定量分析相結(jié)合的方法對(duì)廣州市公路運(yùn)輸貨運(yùn)樞紐站場(chǎng)進(jìn)行布局研究，，并提出了布局方案。
[Abstract]:The frame structure of the highway freight transportation system has been basically formed along with the transportation of Chinese highway goods into the rapid development period and along with the development of our country ' s economy and society . In the planning and construction of the whole highway freight transportation system , the layout planning of the highway transportation hub plays an important role . At the same time , the main part of the highway freight transportation system is the road transport freight hub . In the course of the development of the highway transportation hub , the compilation method plays an important role in the construction of the highway freight transport hub in China .

In recent years , Guangzhou ' s economic and transportation industry has developed rapidly , the development planning of Pearl River Delta and the overall strategic planning of Guangzhou city construction have been introduced successively , the regional administrative division of Guangzhou has made a new adjustment , and the regional strategic pattern presents a new situation . At the same time , the planning layout of the highway transportation hub in Guangzhou has been completed .

In the light of the present situation of Guangzhou highway freight hub station , the future development trend , the management , planning and layout of freight station and logistics center are studied . At the same time , by using linear regression method , exponential smoothing method and elastic coefficient in the forecasting process of the freight volume in Guangzhou , the suitable numerical value or mean value is taken as the final forecast result .
