【摘要】：皖江經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展呼喚高技能的應(yīng)用型人才,而這一區(qū)域高職畢業(yè)生就業(yè)卻出現(xiàn)向江浙滬閩地區(qū)流動的"孔雀東南飛"現(xiàn)象,其原因在于區(qū)內(nèi)高職專業(yè)與地方產(chǎn)業(yè)的契合度不高、高職畢業(yè)生就業(yè)專業(yè)相關(guān)度低、供需結(jié)構(gòu)失衡以及就業(yè)觀念狹隘等因素。只有立足區(qū)域經(jīng)濟,進一步明確服務(wù)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展要求;調(diào)整優(yōu)化專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),提高專業(yè)與產(chǎn)業(yè)吻合度;加強產(chǎn)學深度合作;引導學生轉(zhuǎn)變觀念,鼓勵服務(wù)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展;充分發(fā)揮政府職能,營造良好就業(yè)環(huán)境;才能有效緩解這一現(xiàn)象。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of Anhui River economy calls for highly skilled applied talents, but the phenomenon of "peacock flying southeast" appears in the employment of higher vocational graduates in this region, which flows to Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Fujian and Fujian regions. The reasons are that the degree of conformity between higher vocational specialty and local industry is not high, the correlation of vocational college graduates' employment specialty is low, the structure of supply and demand is out of balance and the concept of employment is narrow and so on. To further clarify the requirements of economic development in service regions; to adjust and optimize the professional structure and improve the degree of match between specialty and industry; to strengthen the deep cooperation between industry and education; to guide students to change their concepts and encourage the development of regional economy; to give full play to the functions of the government; Create a good employment environment; can effectively alleviate this phenomenon.
