【摘要】：大力發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)一直是保定市市委、市政府的工作重心,縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)作為一種特殊的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì),發(fā)揮著重要的推動(dòng)作用。大力發(fā)展保定市縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)首先可以較好地帶動(dòng)保定鄉(xiāng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,提高保定鄉(xiāng)村人民的生活水平,其次可以更好地孕育保定市城市經(jīng)濟(jì),促進(jìn)城市經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,再次可以有效縮小保定市區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)之間的差異,提升保定市綜合實(shí)力和提高保定市經(jīng)濟(jì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。而投資作為縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的一個(gè)強(qiáng)有力的推進(jìn)因素,能夠有效推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,投資究竟可以為保定市縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)帶來(lái)多大程度的驅(qū)動(dòng)力量一直困擾著我們,我們有必要對(duì)保定市縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)投資有效性進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)科學(xué)的測(cè)算。本文主要從以下四個(gè)方面對(duì)保定市縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)投資有效性進(jìn)行研究:第一,回顧以往國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究成果,提出本文的研究?jī)?nèi)容,并對(duì)本文的研究方法進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單介紹。第二,通過(guò)統(tǒng)計(jì)圖的形式直觀地描述保定市縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和經(jīng)濟(jì)投資近況,對(duì)保定市縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)投資現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行橫向、縱向的分析。第三,利用系統(tǒng)聚類對(duì)保定市縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)投資進(jìn)行分類,并在分成五類的基礎(chǔ)上,用數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析法對(duì)保定市縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)投資有效性進(jìn)行橫向和縱向的評(píng)價(jià)分析,并通過(guò)對(duì)非DEA相對(duì)有效的決策單元的分析給出其非DEA相對(duì)有效的原因及調(diào)整措施,使其實(shí)現(xiàn)DEA相對(duì)有效。第四,根據(jù)DEA評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果得出保定市縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)投資有效性呈現(xiàn)第五類第四類第三類第二類第一類的結(jié)論,并針對(duì)保定市縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)投資有效性存在的問(wèn)題提出改善保定市縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)投資有效性的相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:Vigorously developing the economy has always been the focus of the work of the Baoding municipal party committee and the municipal government. As a special regional economy, the county economy, Vigorously developing the county economy of Baoding can, first of all, promote the development of the rural economy in Baoding and improve the living standards of the rural people in Baoding, and secondly, it can better breed the urban economy of Baoding. To promote the development of urban economy, once again can effectively reduce the differences between the regional economy of Baoding City, enhance the comprehensive strength of Baoding City and enhance the economic competitiveness of Baoding City. If we can effectively promote economic development, how much driving power investment can bring to Baoding's county economy has been bothering us all the time. It is necessary for us to make a systematic and scientific calculation of the investment effectiveness of Baoding county economy. This paper mainly studies the efficiency of Baoding county economic investment from the following four aspects: first, reviewing the previous research results at home and abroad. The research content of this paper is put forward, and the research methods of this paper are briefly introduced. Secondly, the present situation of economic development and economic investment in Baoding City is described intuitively through the form of statistical charts. This paper analyzes the present situation of county economic investment in Baoding City horizontally and vertically. Thirdly, it classifies the investment of county economy in Baoding City by systematic clustering, and divides it into five categories. Based on the data envelopment analysis method, this paper evaluates and analyzes the efficiency of economic investment in Baoding county horizontally and vertically, and through the analysis of the relative effective decision-making unit of non-#en0#, gives the reasons and adjustment measures for the relative effectiveness of non-#en1#. Fourth, according to the evaluation results of DEA, the conclusion that the investment efficiency of Baoding county economy presents the fifth category, the fourth category, the third category, the second category, the conclusion that the economic investment efficiency of Baoding city is the fifth category, the fourth category, the third category, the second category, In view of the problems existing in the investment efficiency of Baoding county economy, the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the efficiency of Baoding county economic investment.
