【摘要】：地方高校提升社會(huì)服務(wù)能力體現(xiàn)了高等教育發(fā)展的內(nèi)在規(guī)律,是提升辦學(xué)水平的必然選擇,是區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的必然要求。當(dāng)前,地方高校的社會(huì)服務(wù)普遍存在服務(wù)意識(shí)薄弱、渠道不暢、形式單一、質(zhì)量不高等問(wèn)題。提升地方高校的社會(huì)服務(wù)能力,地方政府應(yīng)該做好法治保障、政策引導(dǎo)、經(jīng)費(fèi)支持等工作,高校應(yīng)采取改革評(píng)價(jià)制度、提升科研水平、完善社會(huì)服務(wù)體制等舉措。
[Abstract]:The promotion of social service ability of local colleges and universities reflects the inherent law of the development of higher education, is the inevitable choice to improve the level of running a school, and is an inevitable requirement for the development of regional economy and society. The social service of local colleges and universities generally has some problems, such as weak service consciousness, poor channels, single form, low quality, etc. To promote the social service ability of local colleges and universities, the local government should do a good job in ensuring the rule of law and guiding the policy. Therefore, colleges and universities should take measures such as reforming the evaluation system, improving the level of scientific research and perfecting the social service system.
