【摘要】：地方高校作為區(qū)域人才薈萃的重要場所,對培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)人才,促進地方經(jīng)濟發(fā)展,推動區(qū)域科技創(chuàng)新具有重要的作用。地方高校必須緊緊依托地方產(chǎn)業(yè)布局,加快產(chǎn)教融合人才培養(yǎng)模式改革,推動產(chǎn)教一體化管理機制、動力機制、結(jié)合機制的發(fā)展,不斷提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量,進而推動區(qū)域經(jīng)濟社會的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:As an important place for regional talent gathering, local colleges and universities play an important role in cultivating high-quality talents, promoting local economic development and promoting regional scientific and technological innovation. To speed up the reform of the talent training mode of the integration of industry and education, to promote the management mechanism, the motive mechanism and the development of the mechanism of integration of industry and education, to continuously improve the quality of talent training, and then to promote the development of regional economy and society.
