【摘要】：工業(yè)是廣西國民經(jīng)濟(jì)部門中重要的產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,自“工業(yè)興桂”戰(zhàn)略實施以來,廣西工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)得到長足發(fā)展。但由于自然稟賦、區(qū)位及政府政策等因素的影響,廣西各地區(qū)的工業(yè)發(fā)展差異較大,而這種差異的存在不僅會影響到區(qū)域工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,也會影響到廣西自治區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會的整體發(fā)展�；诖�,本文針對廣西各地區(qū)工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的差異現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析與研究,在揭示造成區(qū)域工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)差異原因的基礎(chǔ)上,提出相對應(yīng)的區(qū)域調(diào)控對策。這對于提高全區(qū)工業(yè)化水平,實現(xiàn)廣西市域工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)全面協(xié)調(diào)可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重大的現(xiàn)實意義。 本文首先對國內(nèi)外關(guān)于區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異理論和工業(yè)化理論進(jìn)行了理論綜述,以地級市作為研究單元,對廣西14個地級市的工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行表述,繼而基于工業(yè)化進(jìn)程和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異兩種視角,運用單一指標(biāo)和綜合指標(biāo)、靜態(tài)和動態(tài)、定性和定量等多種方法對廣西工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的市域差異現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行比較分析和實證研究。分析結(jié)果顯示：2012年底廣西已進(jìn)入工業(yè)化的中期階段,但各地區(qū)工業(yè)化的進(jìn)程差異較大；2002-2012年廣西各地區(qū)的工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)差異呈“W”趨勢；以柳州為代表的桂中和以防城港為代表的桂南地區(qū)的工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展較快,而以河池為代表的桂西地區(qū)工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展較慢,并且桂西與桂中地區(qū)工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的差異呈現(xiàn)不斷擴大的趨勢。 基于以上兩種視角的實證結(jié)論,本文又從政府政策、區(qū)位因素、生產(chǎn)要素投入、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)及其他因素等角度分析了廣西市域工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展差異的影響因素,繼而提出了區(qū)域工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的政策建議,包括制定區(qū)域工業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃,發(fā)揮政府宏觀調(diào)控作用；優(yōu)化工業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),走新型工業(yè)化道路；培育區(qū)域增長極,推動城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展；加快工業(yè)落后地區(qū)發(fā)展的措施。
[Abstract]:Industry is one of the most important industries in Guangxi's national economy. Since the implementation of the strategy of "prospering Guangxi with industry", Guangxi's industrial economy has made great progress, but due to the influence of natural endowment, location and government policies, etc. There are great differences in industrial development in various regions of Guangxi, and the existence of this difference will not only affect the coordinated development of regional industrial economy, but also affect the overall economic and social development of Guangxi Autonomous region. This paper analyzes and studies the present situation of the industrial economic development in various regions of Guangxi, and reveals the causes of the differences in the regional industrial economy. It is of great practical significance to improve the industrialization level of the whole region and to realize the overall coordinated and sustainable development of Guangxi's industrial economy. Firstly, this paper summarizes the theories of regional economic difference and industrialization at home and abroad, taking prefecture-level cities as research units, describes the present situation of industrial economy development in 14 prefecture-level cities in Guangxi. Then based on the industrialization process and regional economic differences, using a single index and comprehensive indicators, static and dynamic. This paper makes a comparative analysis and empirical study on the status quo of the regional differences of Guangxi's industrial economy by qualitative and quantitative methods. The results show that Guangxi has entered the middle stage of industrialization at the end of 2012. However, the process of industrialization varies greatly in different regions. From 2002 to 2012, the differences of industrial economy in various regions of Guangxi showed a "W" trend. The industrial economy of Guizhong region represented by Liuzhou and Fangchenggang is developing faster, while the industrial economy of Hechi is slower. And the difference between Guanxi and the central Guangxi region industrial economy presents the trend of expanding constantly. Based on the empirical conclusions from the above two perspectives, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of industrial economic development in Guangxi from the perspective of government policy, location factors, input of production factors, industrial structure and other factors. Then put forward the regional industrial economic development policy recommendations, including the formulation of regional industrial development plans, play a role in macro-control of government; Optimize the industrial structure and take the new road of industrialization; Cultivating regional growth poles to promote the development of urbanization; Measures to speed up the development of backward industrial areas.
