【摘要】：自改革開放以后，我國建設(shè)了深圳、珠海、汕頭、廈門、海南省六大沿海經(jīng)濟(jì)特區(qū)，沿邊開放的經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)域一直是一個(gè)空白。2009年8月隨著國務(wù)院正式批準(zhǔn)通過《中國圖們江區(qū)域合作開發(fā)規(guī)劃綱要——以長吉圖為開發(fā)開放先導(dǎo)區(qū)》長吉圖區(qū)域成為迄今為止我國第一個(gè)沿邊開發(fā)開放的區(qū)域。 隨著現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，物流成為提高企業(yè)收益，降低企業(yè)成本，推進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要途徑。長吉圖區(qū)域處于東北老工業(yè)基地，物流發(fā)展水平較慢。長吉圖區(qū)域主要出產(chǎn)的汽車、大米、黃豆、木材、參茸制品等都需要強(qiáng)大的物流作為支撐。長吉圖區(qū)域要發(fā)展，發(fā)展長吉圖區(qū)域物流是非常必要的。 本文主要是以區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)理論、城市物流和區(qū)域物流為理論基礎(chǔ)，重點(diǎn)研究長吉圖區(qū)域中長春市、吉林市、松原市、白山市、四平市、琿春市、延吉市、龍井市、圖們市、敦化市十個(gè)重要節(jié)點(diǎn)城市的城市物流效率。 本文首先介紹了長吉圖區(qū)域十個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)城市物流基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、從業(yè)人數(shù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境、政策環(huán)境、信息環(huán)境等。通過研讀國內(nèi)外對(duì)物流效率的研究，對(duì)比多種研究方法和指標(biāo)的選取，本文引入了在物流效率評(píng)價(jià)中廣泛使用的數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析法（DEA方法）對(duì)長吉圖區(qū)域十個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)城市的物流效率進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。本文簡略的介紹了DEA方法和DEA方法在城市物流效率評(píng)價(jià)中的優(yōu)勢。通過計(jì)算得出十個(gè)城市的物流效率，分析計(jì)算結(jié)果，，了解長吉圖十個(gè)幾點(diǎn)城市的物流效率現(xiàn)狀。長春市、吉林市、四平市、松原市發(fā)展較好，延吉市、龍井市、圖們市、琿春市、敦化市還需要進(jìn)一步的改進(jìn)和完善，在經(jīng)濟(jì)和政策上還需要一些支持。本文最后針對(duì)計(jì)算結(jié)果和長吉圖區(qū)域現(xiàn)狀，對(duì)長吉圖區(qū)域物流發(fā)展提出要繼續(xù)完善物流發(fā)展的經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境和政策環(huán)境，改善物流基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施，加強(qiáng)物流技術(shù)創(chuàng)新，加強(qiáng)物流協(xié)會(huì)發(fā)展和重視人才培育和協(xié)會(huì)發(fā)展來進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)長吉圖區(qū)域物流節(jié)點(diǎn)的效率，發(fā)展長吉圖區(qū)域物流。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China has built six major coastal special economic zones in Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Shantou, Xiamen and Hainan Province. With the approval of the State Council on August 2009, the outline of China's Tumen River Regional Cooperative Development Planning was adopted. Domain has become the first open area along the border in our country so far. With the development of modern economy, logistics has become an important way to improve enterprise income, reduce enterprise cost and promote economic development. Changjitu region is located in the northeast old industrial base. The level of logistics development is slow. The main production of vehicles, rice, soybeans, wood, ginseng and antler products in Changjitu area need strong logistics as the support. It is very necessary to develop Changjitu regional logistics. Based on the theory of regional economy, urban logistics and regional logistics, this paper focuses on Changchun, Jilin, Songyuan, Baishan, Siping, Hunchun and Yanji. Longjing City, Tumen City, Dunhua City 10 important node cities of urban logistics efficiency. Firstly, this paper introduces the logistics infrastructure, the number of employees, the economic environment, the policy environment, the information environment and so on. Compare the selection of various research methods and indicators. This paper introduces the DEA method of data Envelopment Analysis, which is widely used in the evaluation of logistics efficiency. This paper briefly introduces the advantages of DEA method and DEA method in the evaluation of urban logistics efficiency, and obtains the logistics efficiency of ten cities by calculation. . Analysis of the results of the calculation, to understand the current situation of logistics efficiency of ten points of Changji map. Changchun, Jilin, Siping, Songyuan City better development, Yanji City, Longjing City, Tumen City, Hunchun City. Dunhua still needs further improvement and improvement, and also needs some support in economy and policy. Finally, this paper aims at the results of calculation and the current situation of Changjitu region. For the development of Changjitu regional logistics, we should continue to improve the economic environment and policy environment of logistics development, improve logistics infrastructure, and strengthen logistics technology innovation. Strengthen the development of logistics association and attach importance to talent cultivation and association development to further improve the efficiency of Changjitu regional logistics node and develop Changjitu regional logistics.
