【摘要】:河道治理構(gòu)建城市環(huán)境治理的一個(gè)重要因素。近幾年來(lái),隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,現(xiàn)代化和城市化不斷推進(jìn),河道水環(huán)境受到破壞使河流污染,還原能力環(huán)境和水生態(tài)系統(tǒng)非常脆弱,對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、環(huán)境和生態(tài)系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生嚴(yán)重和深刻的影響。水資源水環(huán)境河道整治必須堅(jiān)持科學(xué)發(fā)展觀、尊重自然發(fā)展規(guī)律,注重環(huán)境建設(shè)生態(tài)河道,實(shí)現(xiàn)人們期待的水利工程對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)防洪、發(fā)展和利用水功能,建立一個(gè)堅(jiān)實(shí)的河流生態(tài)系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)水資源的可持續(xù)利用,改善環(huán)境,為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和維持生命和河流健康,實(shí)現(xiàn)和諧發(fā)展河流,這是新時(shí)期我國(guó)提出的治河思路,對(duì)理論研究和實(shí)踐已引起了有關(guān)部門(mén)和國(guó)家的高度重視。 牟汶河是萊蕪最大的河流,是大汶河重要的支流,是萊蕪防洪排澇的骨干,是中心的排水通道。在城市防洪和抗旱灌溉農(nóng)田,防災(zāi)促進(jìn)工業(yè)和農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的發(fā)展中起著至關(guān)重要的作用,水文、地質(zhì)、環(huán)境、自然生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的功能和對(duì)萊蕪市的自然環(huán)境與社會(huì)環(huán)境的發(fā)展起著不可替代的作用。本課題的目的是以萊蕪牟汶河綜合治理工程的水利工程調(diào)控與水生環(huán)境修復(fù)措施為研究對(duì)象,針對(duì)河道治理前后的水環(huán)境、生態(tài)和經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的狀況,對(duì)工程完成后對(duì)水文、水資源、生態(tài)與環(huán)境水、服務(wù)功能污水治理及經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)效益影響作出評(píng)價(jià),并且探索河道綜合治理后的評(píng)價(jià)方法;研究河道綜合治理對(duì)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)資源和生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的影響機(jī)理;分析綜合整治河道在城市生態(tài)建設(shè)的地位和作用,更好的發(fā)揮其綜合功能,維持河道健康生命,保持城市發(fā)展的社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)和生態(tài)環(huán)境可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of social economy, modernization and urbanization, river water environment has been destroyed and river pollution has been caused. The reducing capacity environment and water ecosystem are very fragile, which have a serious and profound impact on regional economy, society, environment and ecosystem. Water resources and water environment river regulation must adhere to the scientific concept of development. Respect the law of natural development, pay attention to environmental construction of ecological river, realize the expected water conservancy project to achieve flood control, development and use of water function, and establish a solid river ecosystem. To realize the sustainable utilization of water resources, improve the environment, maintain life and river health for economic development, and realize the harmonious development of rivers, this is the new period of our country put forward the idea of river control. Theoretical research and practice have attracted great attention from relevant departments and countries. Mou Wen River is the largest river in Laiwu, an important tributary of the Davin River, the backbone of flood control and drainage of Laiwu River, and a central drainage channel. Disaster prevention plays a vital role in promoting the development of industrial and agricultural production, hydrology, geology, and the environment. The function of the natural ecosystem plays an irreplaceable role in the development of the natural and social environment in Laiwu. The purpose of this project is to regulate the water conservancy project and restore the aquatic environment in the comprehensive harnessing project of Laiwu-Mou Wenhe river. Measures are the object of study. In view of the water environment, ecology and economic and social conditions before and after the river course treatment, the effects of the project on hydrology, water resources, ecological and environmental water, sewage treatment of service functions and economic and social benefits are evaluated. And explore the evaluation methods after comprehensive control of the river; To study the influence mechanism of comprehensive river management on social and economic resources and ecosystem; This paper analyzes the status and function of comprehensive regulation of river channels in urban ecological construction, better exerts its comprehensive function, maintains the healthy life of river courses, and maintains the sustainable development of society, economy and ecological environment of urban development.
