【摘要】：印度推進(jìn)"孟不印尼"次區(qū)域合作的訴求在于,通過(guò)漸進(jìn)方式分階段實(shí)現(xiàn)南盟一體化目標(biāo)、服務(wù)于"鄰國(guó)第一"政策,以重塑地區(qū)影響力、平衡國(guó)內(nèi)地區(qū)發(fā)展與資源配置以及構(gòu)建以印度為主導(dǎo)的南亞區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)合作框架。目前,"孟不印尼"次區(qū)域合作取得重大進(jìn)展,但受基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施條件、滿足投資需求的能力、相關(guān)國(guó)家的政局穩(wěn)定性以及傳統(tǒng)與非傳統(tǒng)安全因素的影響,"孟不印尼"合作的地區(qū)環(huán)境并不理想,其未來(lái)成效也有待觀察。中國(guó)致力于推動(dòng)與南亞發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略對(duì)接,但信任不足限制了彼此倡議對(duì)接的空間。
[Abstract]:India to promote the "Meng not Indonesia" sub regional cooperation demands that to achieve the goal of integration through the progressive stages of SAARC, serving its "first" policy, in order to reshape the balance of influence in the region, the domestic regional development and the allocation of resources and the construction of India as the leading South Asian regional economic cooperation framework. At present, "Meng not Indonesia" regional cooperation has made significant progress, but the infrastructure conditions, the ability to meet the demand for investment, the impact of political stability and national traditional and non-traditional security factors, "Meng not Indonesia" cooperation of regional environment is not ideal, the future success can be seen. Chinese is committed to promoting the development strategy of South Asia and docking, but trust each other limited initiative docking space.
