【摘要】：近年來，泰安市堅持把科技合作作為創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動主要抓手，積極開展農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)學研合作,借梯登高、巧借外力，充分釋放和有效集成人才、資本、信息、技術等創(chuàng)新資源和要素，發(fā)揮政府主導和企業(yè)主體作用，構(gòu)建農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)學研用緊密結(jié)合的技術創(chuàng)新體系，提升區(qū)域經(jīng)濟內(nèi)生增長動力，農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)學研合作取得顯著成效。本文通過研究分析泰安市農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)學研合作的成因與動因，結(jié)合案例詳細分析了泰安市農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)學研合作現(xiàn)狀、模式，并借鑒國內(nèi)外農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)學研合作經(jīng)驗，探索泰安市農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)學研合作的發(fā)展思路與路徑選擇，并對泰安市農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)學研合作提出一些可行性政策建議與具體策略，以保證泰安市農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)學研合作持續(xù)、快速、健康發(fā)展。全文主要包括七章內(nèi)容： 第一章論述本文選題的背景和依據(jù)，國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢，主要研究內(nèi)容、研究方法和技術路線圖，，以及創(chuàng)新之處及研究不足等； 第二章主要闡述產(chǎn)學研合作的概念及特點、產(chǎn)學研合作的基本理論、產(chǎn)學研合作基本內(nèi)涵，影響產(chǎn)學研合作的主要因素等； 第三章主要論述泰安市產(chǎn)學研合作現(xiàn)狀、泰安市農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)學研合作形成的優(yōu)勢條件、泰安市農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)學研合作動因分析等； 第四章總結(jié)了泰安市農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)學研合作的幾種模式，并結(jié)合案例分析了泰安市農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)學研合作模式及其特點； 第五章主要闡述泰安市農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)學研合作中存在的主要問題、泰安市農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)學研合作中存在問題的原因剖析等； 第六章論述了我國農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)學研合作模式與啟示、發(fā)達國家的產(chǎn)學研合作模式與啟示等； 第七章主要闡述泰安市農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)學研合作發(fā)展原則、總體思路，并針對泰安市農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)學研合作的現(xiàn)實問題,尋求泰安市農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)學研有機結(jié)合的突破口,加快實現(xiàn)我國農(nóng)業(yè)高新技術產(chǎn)業(yè)化進程。
[Abstract]:In recent years, Tai'an City insists on taking scientific and technological cooperation as the main driving force of innovation, actively developing cooperation in agricultural production, education and research, taking advantage of ladder climbing high, skillfully borrowing external forces, fully releasing and effectively integrating talents, capital, and information. Technology and other innovative resources and elements, play a leading role in government and enterprises, the construction of a close combination of agricultural production, education and research technology innovation system to enhance the endogenous growth of regional economy. Through the research and analysis of the causes and causes of the cooperation of agricultural production, education and research in Taian City, combined with a case study, this paper analyzes the current situation and mode of cooperation of agricultural production, education and research in Taian City in detail. And draw lessons from the domestic and foreign agricultural industry, college and research cooperation experience, explore the development of Taian agricultural production, education and research cooperation ideas and path choice, and put forward some feasible policy recommendations and specific strategies for Taian agricultural production, education and research cooperation. In order to ensure the sustainable, rapid and healthy development of agricultural industry, education and research cooperation in Tai'an. This paper mainly includes seven chapters: The first chapter discusses the background and basis of this topic, the research status and development trend at home and abroad, the main research content, research methods and technology roadmap, as well as the innovation and lack of research. The second chapter mainly describes the concept and characteristics of industry-university-research cooperation, the basic theory of industry-university-research cooperation, the basic connotation of industry-study-research cooperation, and the main factors that affect the industry-university-research cooperation. The third chapter mainly discusses the present situation of the cooperation between the production, the university and the research in Taian, the advantage condition of the cooperation of the agricultural industry, the analysis of the motive of the cooperation of the agricultural production, the university and the research in Taian, etc. Chapter 4th summarizes several modes of cooperation of agricultural production, education and research in Taian city, and analyzes the cooperation mode and characteristics of agricultural production, education and research in Taian city with a case study. Chapter 5th mainly expounds the main problems existing in the cooperation of agricultural production, education and research in Taian city, and analyzes the causes of the problems existing in the cooperation of agricultural production, education and research in Taian City. Chapter 6th discusses the cooperation mode and enlightenment of agricultural industry, education and research in China, and the cooperation mode and inspiration of developed countries. Chapter 7th mainly expounds the development principles and general ideas of agricultural production, education and research cooperation in Taian City, and in view of the practical problems of agricultural production, education and research cooperation in Tai'an City, seeks a breakthrough in the organic integration of agricultural production, education and research in Tai'an City. We will speed up the process of industrialization of high and new agricultural technologies in China.
