【摘要】：區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展差異是一個(gè)普遍的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)問題，適度的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異可刺激區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，加快區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展速度。經(jīng)濟(jì)差異過大，則會(huì)打擊人們參與經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的積極性，，加重區(qū)域間的矛盾，嚴(yán)重阻礙區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)地處我國中心地帶，是全國極具發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ膮^(qū)域，近年來面臨著區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)不平衡的困境。因此，全面、系統(tǒng)、深入地對(duì)中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)差異進(jìn)行分析研究，尋求相應(yīng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展對(duì)策刻不容緩。 本文選擇以中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)為研究對(duì)象，通過對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)差異概念的認(rèn)識(shí)并結(jié)合中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)實(shí)際發(fā)展情況，構(gòu)建中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)差異綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。在采用Moran's I與GeneralG指標(biāo)的基礎(chǔ)上，通過ESDA空間分析技術(shù)，對(duì)中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)差異進(jìn)行綜合度量。從空間角度和可視化方向深刻揭示了2000年以來中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平空間格局及其演變規(guī)律，并在進(jìn)一步探索其影響因素的基礎(chǔ)上，有針對(duì)性地提出中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的意見和建議。 通過實(shí)證分析發(fā)現(xiàn)：①研究期內(nèi)，中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)各省轄市市區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平差異顯著，總體呈現(xiàn)西高東低態(tài)勢；經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平相對(duì)差異縮小；整體經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展落后狀況增強(qiáng)。②中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平較低；經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平絕對(duì)差異顯著，分異特征明顯，呈現(xiàn)西高東低態(tài)勢；點(diǎn)軸特征明顯；具有二元經(jīng)濟(jì)特征。③中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)存在空間自相關(guān)，且存在高值集聚現(xiàn)象。④3個(gè)時(shí)間斷面，2005年縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平與2000年和2011年相比較為平衡。從四種類型區(qū)縣域空間分布狀況來看，熱點(diǎn)區(qū)呈現(xiàn)雙核結(jié)構(gòu)，2005年此結(jié)構(gòu)最為顯著，中部呈現(xiàn)“弱核牽引”。次熱點(diǎn)區(qū)主要圍繞中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)熱點(diǎn)區(qū)域分布，圈層結(jié)構(gòu)明顯，呈現(xiàn)核心-邊緣模式。冷點(diǎn)區(qū)變化劇烈，并快速從中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)西部、西南部和南部向其東部集聚；并逐步在東部地區(qū)連接成片。⑤資源稟賦條件、區(qū)位條件、區(qū)域政策、城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展水平、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和信 息化及人力資源等六個(gè)方面是影響中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平差異的主要因素。
[Abstract]:Regional economic development difference is a universal social and economic problem, moderate regional economic difference can stimulate the development of regional economy, accelerate the speed of regional economic development, and the economic difference is too large. It will attack the enthusiasm of people to participate in economic construction, aggravate the contradiction between regions, and seriously hinder the coordinated development of regional economy. The Central Plains Economic Zone is located in the heart of our country and is a region with great potential for development in the whole country. In recent years, we are facing the dilemma of regional economic imbalance. Therefore, it is urgent to analyze and study the economic differences of the Central Plains Economic Zone in a comprehensive, systematic and in-depth manner, and to seek corresponding countermeasures for coordinated economic development. This article chooses the Central Plains Economic Zone as the research object, through the understanding of the concept of economic difference and combined with the Central Plains Economic Zone actual development. On the basis of adopting Moran's I and GeneralG index, this paper constructs the comprehensive evaluation index system of economic difference in Central Plains Economic Zone, and adopts ESDA spatial analysis technology. This paper comprehensively measures the economic differences of the Central Plains Economic Zone, and reveals the spatial pattern and evolution law of the economic development level of the Central Plains Economic Zone since 2000 from the angle of space and the direction of visualization. On the basis of further exploration of its influencing factors, the author puts forward some suggestions and suggestions for the coordinated economic development of the Central Plains Economic Zone. Through the empirical analysis, it is found that the economic development level of the provinces and municipalities in the Central Plains Economic Zone is significantly different during the period of the study, and the overall trend is low in the west, high in the east and low in the east. The relative difference of economic development level is reduced; The backward situation of the overall economic development strengthens the level of the county economic development in the Central Plains Economic Zone is low; The absolute difference of economic development level is significant, the characteristic of differentiation is obvious, showing the trend of west high and east low; The characteristic of point axis is obvious; The county economy of the Central Plains Economic Zone has spatial autocorrelation and high value agglomeration. 43 time sections. Compared with 2000 and 2011, the development level of county economy in 2005 is more balanced. According to the spatial distribution of four types of counties, the hot spots have a binuclear structure. In 2005, this structure is the most obvious, the central part presents "weak nuclear traction". The secondary hot spot area mainly distributes around the central plain economic zone hot spot area, the circle structure is obvious, presents the core-edge pattern, the cold spot area changes dramatically. And rapidly from the Central Plains Economic Zone west, southwest and south to the east of the gathering; And gradually connected in the eastern region into 5. 5 resource endowment conditions, location conditions, regional policies, urbanization level of development, industrial structure and information Six aspects, such as information and human resources, are the main factors that influence the economic development level of Central Plains Economic Zone.
