【摘要】：基于外資壟斷視角,本文在分析大豆市場(chǎng)國(guó)際竟?fàn)幣c中國(guó)地位的基礎(chǔ)上,在理論分析部分,以國(guó)際貿(mào)易理論、價(jià)格理論、壟斷等理論為依據(jù),分析了大豆產(chǎn)業(yè)中跨國(guó)壟斷勢(shì)力的形成,以及國(guó)際資本對(duì)中國(guó)大豆產(chǎn)業(yè)的跨國(guó)壟斷現(xiàn)狀;系統(tǒng)分析了跨國(guó)壟斷控制中國(guó)大豆市場(chǎng)的方式。本文的結(jié)論是:第一,由于跨國(guó)糧商利用金融手段控制國(guó)際市場(chǎng)大豆的定價(jià)權(quán)，迅速完成對(duì)中國(guó)大豆加工業(yè)的控制,2004年起,跨國(guó)壟斷勢(shì)力在中國(guó)市場(chǎng)得到體現(xiàn),并日益加劇,2008年后,又因國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)加劇,壟斷勢(shì)力逐步減弱;第二,跨國(guó)公司利用自身優(yōu)勢(shì)控制中國(guó)大豆產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈。巴西、阿根廷大豆出口價(jià)格,自身價(jià)格影響作用逐步體現(xiàn),且已經(jīng)超過(guò)了來(lái)自美國(guó)價(jià)格的影響,說(shuō)明近年來(lái)南美國(guó)家通過(guò)努力,對(duì)自身大豆價(jià)格的定價(jià)權(quán)有了一定的自主能力;第三,中國(guó)大豆期貨市場(chǎng)明顯受到美國(guó)期貨市場(chǎng)影響,而中國(guó)對(duì)美國(guó)期貨市場(chǎng)基本沒(méi)有影響作用�？鐕�(guó)糧商可以通過(guò)操縱美國(guó)芝加哥大豆期貨價(jià)格影響中國(guó)期貨市場(chǎng)價(jià)格。 基于上述分析,本文從國(guó)家政策層面提出了要依靠科技進(jìn)步，充分發(fā)揮政府作用，加強(qiáng)對(duì)外資糧企的監(jiān)管，完善大豆國(guó)儲(chǔ)機(jī)制和中國(guó)期貨市場(chǎng)來(lái)提高中國(guó)大豆產(chǎn)業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，在產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)取得一定的話語(yǔ)權(quán)。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the international competition and China status of the soybean market, based on the theory of international trade theory, price theory and monopoly, this paper analyzes the formation of transnational monopoly power in soybean industry, and the status of international monopoly on the Chinese soybean industry. The conclusion of this paper is as follows: first, the transnational grain merchants use financial means to control the pricing power of the soybean in the international market and quickly complete the control of the Chinese soybean processing industry. Since 2004, the transnational monopolies have been embodied in the Chinese market, and are increasingly aggravated by the international competition after 2008. The monopoly power gradually weakened; second, the multinational companies used their own advantages to control the Chinese soybean industry chain. Brazil, Argentina soybean export prices, the impact of their own prices, and has exceeded the impact from the price of the United States. In recent years, the South American countries have made certain efforts to price their own soybean prices. Third, China's soybean futures market is obviously affected by the US futures market, while China has no impact on the US futures market. Transnational grain merchants can affect the price of Chinese futures market by manipulating the price of Chicago soybean futures in the United States.
Based on the above analysis, from the level of national policy, this paper proposes to rely on scientific and technological progress, give full play to the role of the government, strengthen the supervision of foreign funded grain enterprises, improve the soybean state storage mechanism and China futures market to improve the competitiveness of the Chinese soybean industry, and obtain a certain discourse power in the industry.
