物流港口BOT項目的投資決策方法及應用研究

【摘要】:物流業(yè)近年來在我國發(fā)展比較迅速,物流港口的建設不僅可以有效解決城市交通擁堵問題,而且能夠帶動國內國際貿易的發(fā)展。但是我國的科學技術和相關管理理論發(fā)展還比較慢,另外財政投資不夠深入,因此在物流港口融資模式的選擇上,,BOT(Build-Operate-Transfer)模式成為一種發(fā)展趨勢。首先,物流港口項目的投資建設是一項利國利民的舉措,它對節(jié)約資源、改善生態(tài)環(huán)境、實現(xiàn)我國經濟社會的可持續(xù)發(fā)展都有十分重要的意義。同時,在對物流港口BOT項目投資決策體系的研究中,本文率先對所有利益相關者進行了分析,并保證主要利益相關者的利益最大化,從而推動物流港口BOT項目的成功運作。因此對物流港口BOT項目的投資活動進行全面、深入、細致的投資評價研究兼具理論與實際價值。本文對物流港口BOT項目的主要利益相關者利益需求狀況進行分析,同時結合了物流港口項目投資的特點,對比分析,總結了一套含有期權的投資決策體系,以滿足BOT項目的主要利益相關者(政府、投資方、債權人、承建商、運營商)對物流港口投資項目的利益需求,為物流港口的投資決策提供了重要的思路。 論文共分為五章。第一章,研究了物流港口BOT模式的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,在此基礎上對物流港口BOT模式的理論與實際價值進行歸納總結,并闡述了本文的研究思路、研究內容與框架、以及創(chuàng)新點;第二章,介紹了物流港口相關理論與特點以及BOT項目特點和運作流程,總結了物流港口投資的特點和存在的問題,闡述了BOT模式應用于物流港口投資的可行性及優(yōu)勢;第三章,分析了五個主要利益相關者在物流港口BOT項目中的利益關注點和其面對的風險,以及適合主要利益相關者的投資決策方法,建立了多角度投資決策體系,為各利益相關者在選擇投資物流港口BOT項目提供了決策的依據;第四章,根據本文建立的投資決策體系,以重慶市江津區(qū)白沙港BOT項目為例進行投資分析;第五章,總結了文章的研究結論與進一步研究的問題。
[Abstract]:The development of the logistics industry in China in recent years, more rapid, construction of port logistics can not only effectively solve the city traffic congestion, but also can drive the development of domestic and international trade. But the theory of the development of science and technology and management in China is relatively slow, in addition to the financial investment is not enough, so the port logistics in the choice of financing models. BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) model has become a trend of development. Firstly, the logistics port construction project investment is a beneficial initiative, it can save resources, improve the ecological environment, are of great significance to realize the sustainable development of China's economy and society. At the same time, the research on the investment of port logistics system in BOT project in this paper, the first to all stakeholders are analyzed, and ensure the maximization of the main stakeholders, so as to promote the logistics port project into BOT The power of the port logistics operation. Therefore BOT project investment activities to conduct a comprehensive, in-depth, detailed research on investment evaluation of both theoretical and practical value. This article carries on the analysis of the main interests of port logistics BOT project stakeholders demand, combined with the characteristics of port logistics project investment analysis, summed up a set containing option the investment decision-making system, in order to meet the interests of the main BOT project stakeholders (government, investors, creditors, contractors, operators) of port logistics project investment benefit demand, provides important ideas for port logistics investment decisions.
This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter, studies the current situation of the development of port logistics BOT model, based on the BOT model of port logistics and the theoretical and practical value are summarized, and expounds the research ideas, research content and framework, and innovation; the second chapter introduces the related theories of port logistics and the characteristics and the characteristics of the BOT project and the operation flow, summarizes the characteristics of the logistics of port investment and the existing problems, expounds the feasibility and advantage of application of BOT mode in the logistics of port investment; the third chapter analyzes interest in port logistics in the BOT project of the five main stakeholders and the risks it faces, as well as for the main stakeholders of the investment decision method, establishing a multi angle investment decision-making system for all stakeholders to provide the basis of decision-making in the choice of investment in port logistics BOT project; the fourth chapter, the root According to the investment decision system established in this paper, taking Baisha port BOT project in Jiangjin District of Chongqing as an example, the investment analysis is carried out. The fifth chapter summarizes the research findings and further research issues.
