【摘要】:生豬生產(chǎn)是農(nóng)業(yè)的重要組成部分,近年來(lái)豬肉占整個(gè)肉類(lèi)產(chǎn)量的比重一直穩(wěn)定在64%左右,是肉類(lèi)消費(fèi)的主要來(lái)源,是我國(guó)城鄉(xiāng)居民不可或缺的“菜籃子”產(chǎn)品。長(zhǎng)期以來(lái),我國(guó)豬肉產(chǎn)量穩(wěn)居世界第一位,約占世界總量的一半。發(fā)展生豬生產(chǎn),對(duì)保障市場(chǎng)供應(yīng)、增加農(nóng)民收入、促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展具有重要意義。WK公司是一家新成立剛滿5年的生豬養(yǎng)殖企業(yè),引進(jìn)美國(guó)設(shè)備和養(yǎng)殖技術(shù),采用全程自繁自育的養(yǎng)殖模式,擁有廣東省內(nèi)最大的單場(chǎng)全程化養(yǎng)殖規(guī)模,具備行業(yè)領(lǐng)先的養(yǎng)殖技術(shù)和生產(chǎn)效率。目前企業(yè)投資發(fā)展的欲望強(qiáng)烈,隨著養(yǎng)殖規(guī)模的進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)張,企業(yè)正面臨著影響其生存和發(fā)展的挑戰(zhàn)和威脅。如何利用市場(chǎng)投資機(jī)遇,充分發(fā)揮優(yōu)勢(shì)克服劣勢(shì),回避市場(chǎng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),促使企業(yè)健康迅速發(fā)展,已成為困擾企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)者的一個(gè)主要課題。本論文研究,旨在通過(guò)梳理內(nèi)外部環(huán)境條件,運(yùn)用理論模型,分析評(píng)價(jià)企業(yè)所具備的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)、所面臨的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),闡述一體化發(fā)展策略的推導(dǎo)過(guò)程,為WK公司和廣州市同類(lèi)型企業(yè)提供在決策過(guò)程中所必需的信息參考和思路參考,為企業(yè)提高發(fā)展決策水平提供幫助。
