【摘要】:生豬生產是農業(yè)的重要組成部分,近年來豬肉占整個肉類產量的比重一直穩(wěn)定在64%左右,是肉類消費的主要來源,是我國城鄉(xiāng)居民不可或缺的“菜籃子”產品。長期以來,我國豬肉產量穩(wěn)居世界第一位,約占世界總量的一半。發(fā)展生豬生產,對保障市場供應、增加農民收入、促進經濟社會穩(wěn)定發(fā)展具有重要意義。WK公司是一家新成立剛滿5年的生豬養(yǎng)殖企業(yè),引進美國設備和養(yǎng)殖技術,采用全程自繁自育的養(yǎng)殖模式,擁有廣東省內最大的單場全程化養(yǎng)殖規(guī)模,具備行業(yè)領先的養(yǎng)殖技術和生產效率。目前企業(yè)投資發(fā)展的欲望強烈,隨著養(yǎng)殖規(guī)模的進一步擴張,企業(yè)正面臨著影響其生存和發(fā)展的挑戰(zhàn)和威脅。如何利用市場投資機遇,充分發(fā)揮優(yōu)勢克服劣勢,回避市場風險,促使企業(yè)健康迅速發(fā)展,已成為困擾企業(yè)經營者的一個主要課題。本論文研究,旨在通過梳理內外部環(huán)境條件,運用理論模型,分析評價企業(yè)所具備的優(yōu)勢和劣勢、所面臨的機遇和挑戰(zhàn),闡述一體化發(fā)展策略的推導過程,為WK公司和廣州市同類型企業(yè)提供在決策過程中所必需的信息參考和思路參考,為企業(yè)提高發(fā)展決策水平提供幫助。
