呼和浩特農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)人力資源培訓(xùn)對(duì)策研究
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the market economy, the agricultural and animal husbandry enterprises in our country have gradually embarked on the market-oriented road, and the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, as the large agricultural and animal husbandry development area in China, is accompanied by the arrival of the age of the knowledge economy, and some agricultural and animal husbandry enterprises of Huhhot are highly skilled. The demand for talents with high degree of education has also gradually increased, and there is a certain knowledge structure conflict between the talents and the talents needed by the enterprises, and the agricultural enterprises only increase the training of the staff and give full play to the training effect. It is only possible to improve the human resources of the enterprise to a certain extent, improve the efficiency of the enterprise, and make the staff thoroughly integrate into the enterprise, so that the loss rate of the high-quality talents can be reduced, and the high-quality talents can be reserved for the long-term development of the agricultural and animal husbandry enterprises. The importance of human resource training is fully reflected in the ability of the staff to improve the quality of the staff, enhance the working skills, make the staff better adapt to the post requirements, and also improve the working enthusiasm of the staff, so that the human resource training can be actively engaged in the production and operation of the enterprise, Apply the training content to the actual work, so as to improve the working efficiency of the staff. At the same time, the staff can truly realize the respect and importance of the enterprise, improve their own knowledge and business level, and fully tap the potential of the employees, so as to enhance the cohesion and the degree of unity among the employees, so as to better serve the enterprise. But in some agricultural enterprises in Hohhot, there are still more problems. In the mind. The lack of awareness of education and training has led to the aging of the concept and the lack of input. In the context of the training, there is a lack of systematic and targeted approach, and the method of training is too simplistic. The training plan, training purpose and assessment index are not clear in the early stage of the re-training. Finally, the training effect is not clear for the training in the mind. Through the analysis and study of the present situation and the existing problems of the training of human resource education in the agricultural enterprise, this paper puts forward that the environment of the public opinion which is conducive to the training of vocational education will be gradually formed today, So that the leadership of the enterprise has a further improvement in the enthusiasm of the internal training, and the cultivation and management work has started to give practical attention to the related aspects. The paper also puts forward that, in the meantime, the demand analysis mechanism should be set up according to the actual demand and the specific situation of the enterprise, and the training needs assessment should be put forward according to the actual requirements and conditions of the enterprise, and then the specific training target will be put forward according to the actual conditions and conditions, and the result can be achieved. And a corresponding training mode and a method are developed according to the target and the expected results and the information and skills required by the trainee and the training target. It also puts forward the important role of the preparation work on the early-stage demand analysis to the post-training effect.
