【摘要】：農(nóng)村是全國食品制造和加工的源頭,近年來頻發(fā)的食品安全事件,損害了農(nóng)村消費(fèi)者對(duì)食品安全的信心,致使農(nóng)村食品安全問題成為目前我國重大公共安全難題之一。一些不法商販利用農(nóng)村消費(fèi)者獲取信息渠道狹窄,在食品安全信息上明顯處于劣勢(shì)的弱點(diǎn),隱瞞相關(guān)信息或傳遞信息偏差。因此,有必要從我國農(nóng)村食品安全治理的現(xiàn)實(shí)問題出發(fā),基于信息不對(duì)稱的背景找尋破解農(nóng)村食品安全困境的有效方法。本研究依據(jù)消費(fèi)者行為理論、Fishbein合理行為模型等理論與方法,全面梳理農(nóng)村食品安全消費(fèi)中信息不對(duì)稱行為、消費(fèi)者食品安全消費(fèi)的行為表現(xiàn)、消費(fèi)者食品安全消費(fèi)決策行為影響因素等方面的研究動(dòng)態(tài)。在充分界定食品安全、農(nóng)村食品安全及其沙漠效應(yīng)的概念基礎(chǔ)上,系統(tǒng)論述了信息不對(duì)稱背景下中國農(nóng)村消費(fèi)者特有的決策行為模式,從而深層次探究農(nóng)村消費(fèi)市場(chǎng)的一般特點(diǎn)和規(guī)律。為加強(qiáng)研究結(jié)論的信度和效度,本研究采用Fishbein合理行為模型構(gòu)建農(nóng)村消費(fèi)者食品安全消費(fèi)決策行為模型,利用實(shí)地調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)分析信息不對(duì)稱背景下農(nóng)村消費(fèi)者食品安全消費(fèi)決策行為的影響因素及其作用路徑,解釋當(dāng)前農(nóng)村食品安全消費(fèi)的產(chǎn)生動(dòng)力與本源,歸納出阻礙食品安全消費(fèi)環(huán)境形成的根本原因。通過系統(tǒng)而深入的研究發(fā)現(xiàn):信息不對(duì)稱指標(biāo)體系可分為信息搜尋、信息認(rèn)知、消費(fèi)者預(yù)期、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)感知四個(gè)維度。這四個(gè)維度彼此獨(dú)立,通過影響消費(fèi)者行為態(tài)度和主觀規(guī)范影響消費(fèi)者安全消費(fèi)的意向,進(jìn)而直接或間接地影響消費(fèi)者安全消費(fèi)行為。其中,政府公開發(fā)布的食品安全信息、消費(fèi)者的信息認(rèn)知水平、消費(fèi)者的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)感知能力、所掌握的食品安全信息、對(duì)于安全食品高價(jià)格屬性的認(rèn)可程度等因素對(duì)于農(nóng)村消費(fèi)者食品安全消費(fèi)行為均有顯著的正向影響。政府應(yīng)著重完善信息披露制度,建立高效的食品安全信息傳遞機(jī)制,增大對(duì)企業(yè)的監(jiān)督檢查力度,促進(jìn)消費(fèi)側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革,形成良好的社會(huì)共治氛圍。

[Abstract]:Rural areas are the source of food manufacturing and processing in China. In recent years, frequent food safety incidents have damaged the confidence of rural consumers in food safety, resulting in the problem of rural food safety has become one of the major public safety problems in our country at present. Some illegal vendors make use of the narrow access channels of rural consumers to obtain information, and are obviously at a disadvantage in food safety information, concealing relevant information or transmitting information deviation. Therefore, it is necessary to start from the practical problems of rural food safety management in China and find an effective way to solve the dilemma of rural food safety based on the background of asymmetric information. Based on the theories and methods of consumer behavior theory and Fishbein reasonable behavior model, this study comprehensively combs the research trends of information asymmetry behavior, consumer food safety consumption behavior and influencing factors of consumer food safety consumption decision-making behavior in rural food safety consumption. On the basis of fully defining the concepts of food safety, rural food safety and their desert effects, this paper systematically discusses the unique decision-making behavior model of Chinese rural consumers under the background of asymmetric information, and thus probes into the general characteristics and laws of the rural consumer market. In order to strengthen the reliability and validity of the research conclusions, this study uses Fishbein reasonable behavior model to construct the decision-making behavior model of rural consumers' food safety consumption, analyzes the influencing factors and action paths of rural consumers' food safety consumption decision-making behavior under the background of asymmetric information, and explains the motive force and origin of rural food safety consumption at present. The root causes of hindering the formation of food safety consumption environment are summarized. Through systematic and in-depth research, it is found that the index system of information asymmetry can be divided into four dimensions: information search, information cognition, consumer expectation and risk perception. These four dimensions are independent of each other and affect the intention of consumer safety consumption by influencing consumer behavior attitude and subjective norms, and then directly or indirectly affect consumer safety consumption behavior. Among them, the food safety information published by the government, the information cognition level of consumers, the risk perception ability of consumers, the food safety information mastered, and the recognition degree of high price attribute of safe food have significant positive effects on the food safety consumption behavior of rural consumers. The government should focus on perfecting the information disclosure system, establishing an efficient food safety information transmission mechanism, increasing the supervision and inspection of enterprises, promoting the consumer-side structural reform, and forming a good social co-governance atmosphere.
