【摘要】：正實(shí)現(xiàn)傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)向現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)變,既是農(nóng)業(yè)增長的新途徑,也是農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的主要標(biāo)志。在新的時期,國內(nèi)外形勢和農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)成本發(fā)生了很多變化,中國農(nóng)業(yè)在取得巨大成就的同時,也面臨著一系列矛盾和問題。破解制約現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的矛盾和障礙,客觀上要求加快農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變,尤其是農(nóng)業(yè)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革,實(shí)現(xiàn)新常態(tài)下農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級,走中國特色農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化道路,這是極具挑
[Abstract]:It is not only a new way of agricultural growth, but also the main symbol of agricultural modernization to realize the transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture. In the new period, many changes have taken place in the situation at home and abroad and the cost of agricultural production. While China's agriculture has made great achievements, it is also facing a series of contradictions and problems. To solve the contradictions and obstacles restricting the development of modern agriculture objectively requires speeding up the transformation of the mode of agricultural development, especially the structural reform on the supply side of agriculture, realizing the transformation and upgrading of agriculture under the new normal, and taking the road of agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics. This is very picky.
