農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)的高層管理團(tuán)隊(duì)異質(zhì)性與商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:中國是傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)大國,農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)始終是我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要組成部分。長期以來,我國高度重視三農(nóng)發(fā)展,著力改善農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)條件,大幅度提高農(nóng)副產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)量,提升我國農(nóng)民生活水平?偟膩碚f,我國農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展水平取得了顯著提高,但與西方現(xiàn)代化農(nóng)業(yè)大國相比,我國農(nóng)業(yè)的基礎(chǔ)地位仍然比較脆弱,農(nóng)業(yè)仍是制約國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)。農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)作為推動(dòng)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵,其發(fā)展應(yīng)該受到更多的重視和關(guān)注。隨著商業(yè)模式研究的日益深入,商業(yè)模式的創(chuàng)新成為商業(yè)模式研究的另一個(gè)重要方向。學(xué)術(shù)界普遍將商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新視為企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的重要出路。不少學(xué)者將關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)放在了商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的動(dòng)力機(jī)制上,商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新既可能源于技術(shù)、市場(chǎng)和政策等外部因素的驅(qū)動(dòng),也可能受到學(xué)習(xí)能力、管理創(chuàng)新和企業(yè)家等內(nèi)部因素的促使。然而,無論是外部還是內(nèi)部驅(qū)動(dòng)因素,要想發(fā)揮對(duì)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的作用,都需要通過企業(yè)內(nèi)部重要的信息控制中心——高管團(tuán)隊(duì),才能產(chǎn)生全面性的影晌。因?yàn)橹挥型ㄟ^他們的努力,才能克服來自企業(yè)內(nèi)外部的阻力,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新。但長期以來,對(duì)于高管團(tuán)隊(duì)和商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新這兩個(gè)問題的研究基本上處于彼此隔離的情況,很少有學(xué)者將二者聯(lián)系在一起考慮。本文旨在通過高管團(tuán)隊(duì)特征與商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的關(guān)系研究,探索出高管團(tuán)隊(duì)特征與商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的作用機(jī)制,進(jìn)而為企業(yè)實(shí)踐提供一定的指導(dǎo)。首先,通過文獻(xiàn)研究、理論分析等方法對(duì)商業(yè)模式和商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的理論研究進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)闡述,在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)我國農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的現(xiàn)狀及趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行了梳理。本文核心重點(diǎn)是實(shí)證分析部分,構(gòu)建了高管團(tuán)隊(duì)異質(zhì)性影響商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的理論模型,并提出了兩者之間的理論假設(shè),選取高管團(tuán)隊(duì)特征的年齡、教育水平、任期、從業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)等指標(biāo)的異質(zhì)性作為解釋變量,以商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新作為被解釋變量,而此變量則以價(jià)值主張模式、價(jià)值創(chuàng)造模式、價(jià)值傳遞模式、價(jià)值俘獲模式等四個(gè)創(chuàng)新維度來衡量,通過104家上市農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)的定量分析對(duì)提出的假設(shè)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,發(fā)現(xiàn)高管年齡異質(zhì)性、從業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)異質(zhì)性對(duì)企業(yè)的商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新水平起到負(fù)面影響,而教育水平異質(zhì)性、任期異質(zhì)性則會(huì)正向推動(dòng)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新進(jìn)程。最后,本文基于實(shí)證研究的結(jié)果,結(jié)合目前農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)的商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新情況,為企業(yè)開展商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新提出一些對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:China is a large traditional agricultural country, and agricultural industry has always been an important part of our national economy. For a long time, China has attached great importance to the development of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, made great efforts to improve agricultural production conditions, greatly increased the output of agricultural and sideline products, and improved the living standards of farmers in China. Generally speaking, the level of agricultural development in China has been significantly improved, but compared with the western modern agricultural countries, the basic position of agriculture in China is still relatively fragile, and agriculture is still a weak link restricting the development of the national economy. As the key to promoting agricultural development, agricultural enterprises should be paid more attention to and paid more attention to. With the deepening of business model research, the innovation of business model has become another important direction of business model research. Academic circles generally regard business model innovation as an important way out for enterprise transformation and upgrading. Many scholars focus on the dynamic mechanism of business model innovation. Business model innovation may not only be driven by external factors such as technology, market and policy, but also may be driven by learning ability. The promotion of internal factors such as management innovation and entrepreneurs. However, whether external or internal drivers, in order to play a role in business model innovation, it is necessary to have a comprehensive impact through the executive team, which is an important information control center within the enterprise. Because only through their efforts, can we overcome the resistance from internal and external enterprises, and finally achieve business model innovation. However, for a long time, the research on executive team and business model innovation is basically isolated from each other, and few scholars consider the two together. The purpose of this paper is to explore the mechanism of executive team characteristics and business model innovation through the study of the relationship between executive team characteristics and business model innovation, and then to provide some guidance for enterprise practice. First of all, through literature research, theoretical analysis and other methods of business model and business model innovation theoretical research is described in detail, on this basis, the current situation and trend of business model innovation of agricultural enterprises in China are combed. The core of this paper is the empirical analysis part, which constructs the theoretical model that the heterogeneity of executive team affects the innovation of business model, and puts forward the theoretical hypothesis between the two, and selects the age, educational level and tenure of the characteristics of executive team. The heterogeneity of employment experience and other indicators is taken as the explanatory variable, and the business model innovation is taken as the explained variable, while this variable is measured by four innovation dimensions: value proposition model, value creation model, value transfer model and value capture model. Through the quantitative analysis of 104 listed agricultural enterprises, it is found that the age heterogeneity of executives and the heterogeneity of employment experience have a negative impact on the level of business model innovation, while the level of education is heterogeneous. Tenure heterogeneity will positively promote the process of business model innovation. Finally, based on the results of empirical research, combined with the current situation of business model innovation of agricultural enterprises, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for enterprises to carry out business model innovation.
