基于開(kāi)源WebGIS的村級(jí)資源管理信息系統(tǒng)之構(gòu)建
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up to the outside world, the rural areas of our country have made great progress, the infrastructure construction of rural informatization has been strengthened, and the informatization system of "agriculture, rural areas" service has been improved, but the whole system is still relatively weak. In particular, the degree and level of rural grass-roots management by means of information technology is still very low, for example, the social and economic data at the grass-roots level are not uniform, the statistical workload of simple paper reports is large, and the efficiency of data query and update is low. High cost, which involves population, land, agriculture, education, health and other data, different sectors of the data can not be linked, the leaders of various departments are difficult to grasp the rural socio-economic data in a timely and comprehensive manner. Therefore, the "last kilometer" problem of agricultural informatization is highlighted here, and the informatization of rural management is also met with difficulties here. In view of the above problems, this paper has completed the demand analysis and feasibility analysis of village-level resource management information system on the basis of fully investigating the current situation of rural grass-roots management in Wuyi Village and Qianchu Village, Nayong County, Bijie City, Guizhou Province; Based on geospatial data acquisition and sharing technology, spatial and non-spatial database technology, open source WebGIS technology and Internet technology, the design and implementation scheme of village resource management information system platform is put forward. The system has the functions of information display service, data query, editing and statistics, system management, database expansion, and integrated management platform of multi-department data. It basically satisfies the application demand of integrated management of geographic information and socio-economic information in grass-roots management, and improves its information service level. The main work and achievements of this paper are as follows: (1) taking Wuyi Village, Nayong County, Bijie City as an example, the requirement analysis of village-level resource information management system is completed, and the problems that need to be solved in the process of information management at the grass-roots level are summarized. At the same time, aiming at these problems, the feasibility analysis of the system is completed. (2) based on multi-source spatial data and attribute data, completed the design of village resource database, including socio-economic information database and spatial geographic information database; (3) using the service-oriented architecture (SOA) model, this paper analyzes the key technical route of village resource information sharing service, and completes the overall architecture design of village resource information management system. And using the open source WebGIS technology to complete the concrete implementation of the database, spatial information service release, village level resource management information system development and deployment.
