【摘要】：目前精準扶貧領(lǐng)域尚有較大的研究空間。精準扶貧研究要突破已有的單學科性、空泛性等局限,就必須注重挖掘精準扶貧領(lǐng)域的研究空間。而要挖掘精準扶貧領(lǐng)域的研究空間,就必須在生動的精準扶貧實踐沃土中探尋并拓展學術(shù)張力。只有將學術(shù)張力建立在生動的實踐沃土之上,才能從根本上拓展精準扶貧研究的理論視閾,把握精準扶貧研究的前沿性課題。從精準扶貧的實踐困境來看,精準扶貧研究的前沿性課題主要包括以下幾個方面:一是精準扶貧資源配置的"內(nèi)卷化"問題;二是精準扶貧政策的契合度問題;三是由"因病滯貧"困境而引發(fā)的健康扶貧問題;四是社會力量扶貧的"碎片化"問題。
[Abstract]:At present, there is still a large space for research in the field of accurate poverty alleviation. In order to break through the existing limitations of single subject and space, we must pay attention to excavating the research space in the field of precision poverty alleviation. In order to explore the research space in the field of accurate poverty alleviation, it is necessary to explore and expand the academic tension in the vivid and accurate practice of poverty alleviation. Only by building the academic tension on the vivid practice fertile soil can we fundamentally expand the theoretical threshold of the precise poverty alleviation research and grasp the forward issues of the precision poverty alleviation research. From the practical dilemma of precision poverty alleviation, the leading-edge issues of precision poverty alleviation research mainly include the following aspects: first, the problem of "incoiling" in the allocation of precision poverty alleviation resources, the second is the problem of the fit of precision poverty alleviation policy, and the other is the adaptation of precision poverty alleviation policy. The third is the problem of poverty alleviation caused by the dilemma of "stagnation of illness and poverty", and the fourth is the "fragmentation" of poverty alleviation by social forces.
