宿州市小麥種植規(guī)模效益研究

【摘要】:農(nóng)地種植規(guī)模一直以來(lái)都是國(guó)內(nèi)外眾多專家學(xué)者的研究對(duì)象。探求不同地區(qū)的農(nóng)地最佳種植規(guī)模,并在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行適度經(jīng)營(yíng),可以提高當(dāng)?shù)氐霓r(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)率,促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)資源合理利用。宿州地處安徽北部平原,是國(guó)家重要的糧食主產(chǎn)區(qū)。研究宿州地區(qū)小麥的最佳種植規(guī)模,對(duì)于確定其他種糧區(qū)域的最佳種植規(guī)模,并進(jìn)行適度經(jīng)營(yíng)具有重要意義。本文在實(shí)地調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)宿州市的小麥種植規(guī)模和產(chǎn)量進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,運(yùn)用數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析方法(DEA)研究了小麥不同的種植規(guī)模所具有的經(jīng)營(yíng)效率,再通過(guò)成本利潤(rùn)率比較選擇了小麥的最佳經(jīng)營(yíng)規(guī)模,得出了宿州市小麥的最佳種植規(guī)模為190-210畝。在分析宿州市小麥種植區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)效率的過(guò)程中,本文亦發(fā)現(xiàn)宿州市糧地規(guī)模經(jīng)營(yíng)存在著農(nóng)地流轉(zhuǎn)受阻、資金不足,以及由于基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施缺失而造成的生產(chǎn)成本過(guò)高等問(wèn)題,在確定最佳規(guī)模的基礎(chǔ)上,提出相關(guān)政策建議。第一,完善流轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)制,促進(jìn)土地流轉(zhuǎn)。第二,將適度規(guī)模與土地集約化經(jīng)營(yíng)相結(jié)合。第三,應(yīng)該扶持相關(guān)有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的種植大戶以促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)適度規(guī)模經(jīng)營(yíng)。本文的論述分為六個(gè)部分。第一章為引言部分,主要是對(duì)本文的研究背景、意義、內(nèi)容、方法以及全文框架等做了相關(guān)介紹。第二章是文獻(xiàn)述評(píng)部分,主要介紹國(guó)內(nèi)外土地規(guī)模經(jīng)營(yíng)研究成果和相關(guān)理論,并對(duì)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行分析評(píng)價(jià),指出已有文獻(xiàn)不足之處。第三章介紹了宿州市的自然地理、氣候環(huán)境等自然因素及對(duì)其農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的影響,以及經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平,農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r和小麥種植情況等。通過(guò)以上幾點(diǎn)的具體論述為具體測(cè)算宿州市的小麥最佳經(jīng)營(yíng)規(guī)模的實(shí)證研究部分提供了背景支持。第四章為調(diào)查問(wèn)卷樣本的統(tǒng)計(jì)和描述,總結(jié)概括了宿州市規(guī)模經(jīng)營(yíng)相關(guān)要素情況。包括經(jīng)營(yíng)者主體的個(gè)人特征,收入變動(dòng),土地類型和作物種類,經(jīng)營(yíng)規(guī)模等。第五章從微觀角度,基于投入導(dǎo)向,運(yùn)用數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析方法(DEA),對(duì)樣本數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行測(cè)算,利用以規(guī)模報(bào)酬可變?yōu)榧僭O(shè)前提的BCC模型來(lái)進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,確定了宿州市農(nóng)戶小麥種植的最佳規(guī)模。第六章在得出宿州市小麥最佳經(jīng)營(yíng)規(guī)模的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合宿州市所獨(dú)有的自然、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)條件和調(diào)研過(guò)程中所遇到的一些實(shí)際情況,得出相關(guān)結(jié)論,并提出政策建議。
[Abstract]:The scale of farmland cultivation has always been the research object of many experts and scholars at home and abroad. To explore the optimal planting scale of agricultural land in different areas and to carry out proper management on this basis can improve the local agricultural productivity and promote the rational utilization of agricultural resources. Suzhou is located in the northern plain of Anhui Province, is an important national grain production area. It is of great significance to study the optimal planting scale of wheat in Suzhou area for determining the optimal planting scale of other grain regions and to carry out proper management. On the basis of on-the-spot investigation, this paper makes an empirical study on wheat planting scale and yield in Suzhou City, and studies the management efficiency of different wheat planting scales by using data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method. Then the optimal operating scale of wheat was selected through the comparison of cost and profit margin, and the optimum planting scale of wheat in Suzhou was 190 脳 210 mu. In the process of analyzing the agricultural management efficiency of the wheat planting area in Suzhou, this paper also finds that there are problems in the scale management of grain land in Suzhou, such as the obstruction of the transfer of agricultural land, the shortage of funds, and the excessive production cost caused by the lack of infrastructure, and so on. On the basis of determining the optimal scale, relevant policy recommendations are put forward. First, improve the circulation mechanism, promote the transfer of land. Second, combine moderate scale with intensive management of land. Third, we should support the relevant experienced large-scale farmers to promote appropriate scale management of agriculture. This paper is divided into six parts. The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly introduces the research background, meaning, content, method and frame of this paper. The second chapter is the literature review part, mainly introduces the domestic and foreign land scale management research achievement and the related theory, and carries on the analysis and the appraisal to the related literature, points out the existing literature deficiency. The third chapter introduces the natural factors, such as physical geography, climate and environment, as well as the influence on its agricultural production, as well as the level of economic development, the development of agricultural economy and the situation of wheat cultivation in Suzhou. This paper provides background support for the empirical study of the optimal management scale of wheat in Suzhou. The fourth chapter is the survey sample statistics and description, summarized the Suzhou city scale management related factors. Including the operator's personal characteristics, income changes, land types and crop types, business scale and so on. In the fifth chapter, from the microcosmic point of view, based on the input-oriented approach, the (DEA), method is used to calculate the sample data, and the BCC model, which is based on the assumption of scale reward, is used to carry on the comparative analysis. The optimal scale of wheat cultivation for farmers in Suzhou was determined. In the sixth chapter, on the basis of obtaining the optimal management scale of wheat in Suzhou, combining the unique natural, economic, social conditions and some actual conditions encountered in the course of investigation, the author draws the relevant conclusions and puts forward some policy suggestions.
