【摘要】：基于對中國5省樣本農(nóng)民的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),分析了社會養(yǎng)老保險、勞動力市場化與農(nóng)地重要性的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明:雖然農(nóng)民對農(nóng)地重要性的評價高,但是社會養(yǎng)老保險的完善以及農(nóng)村勞動力市場化進程將會降低農(nóng)民對農(nóng)地重要性的評價。社會養(yǎng)老保險可以消減農(nóng)地的養(yǎng)老保障功能,從而降低農(nóng)民對農(nóng)地重要性的評價;勞動力市場化可以消減農(nóng)地的就業(yè)保障功能,從而降低農(nóng)民對農(nóng)地重要性的評價;而勞動力市場化水平的提高又得益于農(nóng)民人力資本的積累,因而人力資本也直接影響了農(nóng)民對農(nóng)地重要性的評價。
[Abstract]:Based on the survey data of sample farmers in five provinces of China, this paper analyzes the relationship between social old-age insurance, labor marketization and the importance of agricultural land. The results show that although farmers' evaluation of the importance of agricultural land is high, the improvement of social old-age insurance and the marketization of rural labor force will reduce the farmers' evaluation of the importance of agricultural land. The social old-age insurance can reduce the old-age security function of agricultural land, thus reduce the farmers' evaluation of the importance of agricultural land, and the marketization of labor force can reduce the employment security function of agricultural land, thereby reducing the farmers' evaluation of the importance of agricultural land. And the improvement of labor market level benefits from the accumulation of farmers' human capital, so the human capital also directly affects the farmers' evaluation of the importance of agricultural land.
