【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)是經(jīng)濟、政治、文化活動的基礎,民生之根本,而種植業(yè)是農(nóng)業(yè)重要組成部分。我國農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化目前面臨的最大問題是產(chǎn)業(yè)結構的轉(zhuǎn)型升級,這是傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)向現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)變必經(jīng)環(huán)節(jié)。而發(fā)展特色種植業(yè)能夠最大限度發(fā)揮地區(qū)區(qū)域優(yōu)勢,提高農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的市場綜合競爭力,提高農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)出效益。福建是我國最早提出并踐行發(fā)展特色農(nóng)業(yè)的省份之一,如何發(fā)揮福建山海區(qū)位優(yōu)勢,發(fā)展適宜的特色種植業(yè)是特色現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的關鍵環(huán)節(jié)。漳浦縣地處閩南沿海,自然條件優(yōu)越,地勢平坦,氣候溫和,雨量充沛,是福建省有名的“漁米之鄉(xiāng)”,其特色種植業(yè)發(fā)展在區(qū)域范圍內(nèi)是典型代表。然而,如何科學地選擇適宜本地區(qū)區(qū)位、資源、交通、市場等優(yōu)勢的種植產(chǎn)業(yè),以可持續(xù)發(fā)展特色現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)至關重要。本文以漳浦縣11個特色種植業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)為研究對象,采用適宜性評價體系和主成分分析法對其綜合比較優(yōu)勢、人均產(chǎn)值、產(chǎn)值比重和規(guī)模穩(wěn)定性等進行綜合評價分析,生態(tài)適宜性評價體系分析的結果表明：漳浦縣特色種植業(yè)的適宜性指數(shù)順序為,花卉蔬菜薯類油料谷物水果大豆食用菌甘蔗藥材茶葉；主成分分析法的結果表明,漳浦縣特色種植農(nóng)業(yè)綜合得分順序為,花卉油料薯類蔬菜大豆(正值)。采用兩種方法對11種種植業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)分析的結果有著較強的一致性,說明兩種方法的結合具有一定的可行性。結合漳浦縣生態(tài)經(jīng)濟、資源基礎、區(qū)位稟賦等實際,得出漳浦縣具有花卉、蔬菜、名優(yōu)水果、糧食、食用菌、休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)等6項特色優(yōu)勢種植業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè),并進行功能定位與產(chǎn)業(yè)布局。最后,依據(jù)研究結果提出建設特色農(nóng)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)示范基地、扶持特色農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工企業(yè)、健全完善農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作經(jīng)濟組織、建設特色種植業(yè)現(xiàn)代園區(qū)、深化打造知名特色農(nóng)產(chǎn)品品牌等政策建議。
[Abstract]:Agriculture is the basis of economic, political and cultural activities, the foundation of people's livelihood, and farming is an important part of agriculture. The biggest problem faced by agricultural industrialization in China is the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure, which is the necessary link for the transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture. The development of special planting industry can give full play to the regional advantages, improve the market competitiveness of agricultural products, and improve the output benefit of agricultural production. Fujian is one of the earliest provinces in China to put forward and practice the development of characteristic agriculture. How to give play to the geographical advantages of Fujian mountains and seas and develop suitable characteristic planting industry is the key link of sustainable development of characteristic modern agriculture. Zhangpu County is located in the coastal area of southern Fujian Province, with superior natural conditions, flat terrain, mild climate and abundant rainfall. Zhangpu County is a famous "fishing and rice hometown" in Fujian Province, and its characteristic planting industry is a typical representative in the region. However, how to scientifically choose the planting industry which is suitable for the regional location, resources, transportation, market and other advantages, in order to sustainable development of modern agriculture is very important. In this paper, 11 characteristic planting industries in Zhangpu County are studied, and the comprehensive comparative advantage, output value per capita, proportion of output value and scale stability are comprehensively evaluated and analyzed by means of suitability evaluation system and principal component analysis. The results of ecological suitability evaluation system analysis showed that the sequence of suitability index of characteristic planting industry in Zhangpu County was as follows: flowers, vegetables, tuber, oil, grain, fruit, soybean, edible fungus, sugarcane, herbal medicine, tea; The results of principal component analysis showed that the order of comprehensive score of characteristic planting agriculture in Zhangpu County was flowers, oil, potato, vegetable and soybean (positive value). The results of 11 kinds of planting industry analysis were consistent with the two methods, which indicated that the combination of the two methods was feasible to some extent. In combination with the ecological economy, resource base and location endowment of Zhangpu County, it is concluded that Zhangpu County has six characteristic superior planting industries, such as flowers, vegetables, famous fruits, grain, edible fungi, leisure and sightseeing agriculture, etc. And carry on the function orientation and the industry layout. Finally, according to the research results, it is proposed to build a demonstration base for the production of characteristic agricultural products, to support the processing enterprises of characteristic agricultural products, to perfect the specialized cooperative economic organization of farmers, and to build a modern park of characteristic planting industry. We will deepen the development of well-known and characteristic agricultural products brands and other policy recommendations.
