【摘要】：隨著城鄉(xiāng)居民生活水平的提高以及城市規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大,對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的需求也不斷增大,與此同時(shí),城郊地區(qū)也面臨著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的緊迫壓力。充分利用城郊地區(qū)的優(yōu)勢(shì)條件,做好城郊農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,不但可以繁榮市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì),豐富城市居民生活,而且也有益于廣大農(nóng)村、農(nóng)民、農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展,對(duì)促進(jìn)社會(huì)安定團(tuán)結(jié),都有著十分重要的作用。武漢市城郊地區(qū)是武漢市重要的經(jīng)濟(jì)腹地,擁有支撐武漢發(fā)展的后續(xù)儲(chǔ)備力量。同時(shí)也是武漢連接和輻射相鄰市、縣的樞紐,是武漢市新型工業(yè)化、新型城鎮(zhèn)化和農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的重要區(qū)域,蘊(yùn)藏著巨大的發(fā)展?jié)摿桶l(fā)展前景。本文對(duì)城郊農(nóng)業(yè)的內(nèi)涵、城郊農(nóng)業(yè)的功能、城郊農(nóng)業(yè)的主要特征、城郊農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)進(jìn)行了深入的研究,并以此為背景來(lái)探討武漢城郊農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展水平。論文從各項(xiàng)經(jīng)濟(jì)收入、農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展社會(huì)條件、基礎(chǔ)硬件設(shè)施水平、現(xiàn)代城郊農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展四個(gè)方面對(duì)武漢城郊農(nóng)業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀做出了相關(guān)的闡述,找出武漢城郊農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢(shì),通過(guò)與北京、上海城郊農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展水平進(jìn)行對(duì)比,以及當(dāng)前城郊農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展形勢(shì),找出武漢城郊發(fā)展的劣勢(shì),從而對(duì)武漢城郊農(nóng)業(yè)進(jìn)行SWOT分析、比較分析。根據(jù)分析出有的關(guān)問(wèn)題,提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議,以期待武漢從城郊農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展更加完善。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of the living standard of urban and rural residents and the continuous expansion of urban scale, the demand for agricultural-related products is also increasing. At the same time, suburban areas are also faced with pressing pressure of economic and social development. Making full use of the advantageous conditions in suburban areas and doing a good job in the development of suburban agricultural economy can not only prosper the market economy and enrich the lives of urban residents, but also benefit the development of the vast number of rural areas, farmers and agriculture, and promote social stability and unity. They all play a very important role. The suburb of Wuhan is an important economic hinterland of Wuhan, which has the following reserve strength to support the development of Wuhan. At the same time, it is also the hub of connecting and radiating neighboring cities and counties in Wuhan. It is an important area of Wuhan's new industrialization, new urbanization and agricultural modernization, which has great development potential and prospect. In this paper, the connotation of suburban agriculture, the function of suburban agriculture, the main characteristics of suburban agriculture, and the development trend of suburban agriculture are deeply studied, and based on this background, the development level of suburban agriculture in Wuhan is discussed. This paper expounds the present situation of Wuhan suburban agriculture from four aspects: economic income, social conditions of agricultural economic development, basic hardware facilities, and the development of modern suburban agriculture, and finds out the advantages of Wuhan suburban agricultural development. Through the comparison with the development level of suburban agriculture in Beijing and Shanghai and the current development situation of suburban agriculture in Wuhan, the disadvantages of the development of suburban agriculture in Wuhan are identified, and the SWOT analysis and comparative analysis of suburban agriculture in Wuhan are carried out. According to the analysis of some problems, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in order to expect the development of Wuhan's agriculture from the suburbs to be more perfect.
