農(nóng)地承包權實施的非市場環(huán)境:內(nèi)涵、感知與影響
[Abstract]:In the current research process of farmland property right, the market standard is emphasized, but the non-market problem is not paid enough attention to. Accordingly, in order to clarify the existence and influence of non-market environment in the implementation of farmland property right, this paper takes "phenomenon-phenomenon perception-perceived impact" as the research clue, takes the non-market environment of farmland contract right as the research object, synthesizes the subjective and objective. The methodology of combining qualitative and quantitative methods defines the non-market environment of farmland contract right by combing relevant literature and theory. Through questionnaire survey and measurement model, this paper makes an empirical measure of farmers' perception of non-market environment of farmland contract right, and quantifies the influence of farmers' perception of non-market environment on land circulation through structural equation model. The main conclusions are as follows: 1 the non-market environment of farmland contract right is within a certain time and space, the agricultural capital of farmers, governments and non-farmers actively and purposefully through the administration. The value, attitude and system of agricultural land held by non-market means, such as relations, when dealing with and allocating the related interests of farmland contract right, The elements of non-market environment include environmental participants and their interrelation and function. The non-market environmental subject of farmland contract right includes individuals, groups and organizations concerned with farmland contract right. According to the participation subject of non-market environment, the current non-market environment of rural farmland contracting right can be divided into government administrative intervention. There are three types of local cultural association and social organization participation. 3 the farmers' perception of farmland contract right can be divided into three categories: the perception of government administrative intervention, the perception of local cultural association and the perception of social organization participation, and the development of the corresponding perception scale. The 偽 -coefficient (0.803) and KMO (0.792) of the scale passed the validity test of the scale, and the factor analysis showed that the measuring model was available. The relationship between the weights of farmers' non-market perception degree and that of government administration intervention (36.79%), local cultural association (32.12%) and social organization participation (31.09%). It shows that the most powerful perception of farmers in the implementation of the contract right is the government administrative intervention. 4 the perception of non-market environment has an important impact on the land circulation, from a single point of view, The path coefficient of the three kinds of non-market environmental perception of endogenous variables on land circulation is 0.820.780.63, which is all positive, so the three kinds of non-market environmental perception can positively promote the land circulation. From a comprehensive point of view, there is a negative relationship between the perception of local cultural association of endogenous variables and the perception of government administrative intervention, and the perception of social organization participation has a negative relationship, and the path coefficient is -0.61- 0.52, respectively. This perception represents the conflict between the non-market environment, and the existence of the conflict indirectly inhibits the land circulation. 5 in view of the impact of the non-market environment perception on the land circulation, The policy suggestions of this paper are as follows: the government should deeply understand the objectivity of the current non-market environment and the conflicts existing in the three kinds of non-market environments. On the basis of understanding the farmers' endogenous culture, the government should reasonably intervene in the implementation process of the right to use agricultural land. In the process of intervention, it can effectively improve the land circulation by strengthening the communication and understanding and the corresponding propaganda efficiency, and strengthening the synergy of different kinds of non-market environment.
