【摘要】：正加強(qiáng)"三新"統(tǒng)計(jì)調(diào)查是適應(yīng)把握引領(lǐng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新常態(tài)的必然要求和關(guān)鍵舉措,也是統(tǒng)計(jì)改革發(fā)展的重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容。為全面、真實(shí)、準(zhǔn)確地監(jiān)測(cè)北京"三新"農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展,近期,國(guó)家統(tǒng)計(jì)局北京調(diào)查總隊(duì)聯(lián)合北京市統(tǒng)計(jì)局,對(duì)北京市的"三新"農(nóng)業(yè)進(jìn)行了摸底調(diào)研。此次調(diào)研,詮釋了北京農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行的新特征、新變化,真實(shí)地反映了北京農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的新常態(tài)、新規(guī)律,為進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)北京"三新"農(nóng)業(yè)改革發(fā)展以及做好"三新"農(nóng)業(yè)統(tǒng)計(jì)調(diào)查和核算制度研究提供了重要依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Strengthening the "three new" statistical survey is the necessary requirement and key measure to adapt and guide the new normal of economic development, and is also the key content of the statistical reform and development. In order to fully, truly and accurately monitor the development of "three new" agriculture in Beijing, recently, the Beijing Survey team of the National Bureau of Statistics and the Beijing Bureau of Statistics have carried out a survey on the "three new" agriculture in Beijing. This survey explains the new characteristics and changes of Beijing's agricultural economy, and truly reflects the new normal and new laws of Beijing's agricultural development. It provides an important basis for further promoting the agricultural reform and development of "three new" agriculture in Beijing and doing well the research on "three new" agricultural statistics survey and accounting system.
