【摘要】：食用菌作為富含豐富蛋白質(zhì)的綠色食品之一,尤其是有"食用菌之冠"美譽的香菇,不僅是營養(yǎng)豐富,其味道鮮美口感好,在近幾年銷量也是可觀,市場需求很大。岫巖縣作為"蘑菇之鄉(xiāng)",食用菌產(chǎn)業(yè)迅猛發(fā)展,香菇生產(chǎn)更是食用菌產(chǎn)量的主力軍,香菇種植戶的科技服務(wù)需求得不到有效滿足,香菇種植戶對相關(guān)科技的需求給香菇產(chǎn)量帶來很大的影響。香菇種植戶所需科技具有一定公共產(chǎn)品的性質(zhì),大部分還是主要由政府部門提供。本文根據(jù)172戶香菇種植戶的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),對岫巖縣香菇種植戶科技需求狀況和影響岫巖縣香菇種植戶科技需求的因素進行描述性分析。研究結(jié)果表明,種植戶自身特征因素:種植戶的性別,年齡對科技需求有不同程度的影響,家庭人口數(shù)的影響并不明顯。風險因素:價格波動、銷量、相關(guān)企業(yè)是否統(tǒng)一收購、自然災(zāi)害對科技服務(wù)需求有不同程度影響。知識信息水平因素:受教育程度、收看農(nóng)業(yè)科技節(jié)目科技服務(wù)需求的影響是顯著的,培訓(xùn)次數(shù)的影響并不大。經(jīng)濟收入水平因素:種植戶食用菌收入占家庭收入比重對科技服務(wù)需求的影響是顯著的。本文在以上研究基礎(chǔ)上提出如下對策建議:提高種植戶素質(zhì),增強其農(nóng)業(yè)科技服務(wù)需求意識;加強科研力度,質(zhì)檢力度;以種植戶的需求為導(dǎo)向,完善科技服務(wù)體系;培育龍頭企業(yè),釋放龍頭企業(yè)引領(lǐng)帶頭能力;鼓勵種植戶發(fā)展和加入相關(guān)專業(yè)協(xié)會。
[Abstract]:Edible fungus is one of the green foods rich in protein, especially Lentinus edodes, which has the reputation of "edible fungus crown". It is not only nutritious, but also has good taste and delicious taste. In recent years, the sales volume is considerable and the market demand is great. Xiuyan County as a "hometown of mushrooms", mushroom industry rapid development, mushroom production is the main force of mushroom production, mushroom growers' scientific and technological service needs can not be effectively met. Lentinus edodes growers' demand for related technology has a great impact on the yield of Lentinus edodes. Lentinus edodes growers need technology with a certain nature of public goods, mostly provided by government departments. Based on the investigation data of 172 lentinus edodes growers, this paper makes a descriptive analysis of the scientific and technological demand of the mushroom growers in Xiuyan County and the factors affecting the scientific and technological demand of the shiitake mushroom growers in Xiuyan County. The results show that the characteristic factors of growers: the sex and age of growers have different influence on the demand for science and technology, and the influence of family population is not obvious. Risk factors: price fluctuation, sales volume, whether the related enterprise unified acquisition, natural disasters have varying degrees of impact on the demand for science and technology services. The factors of knowledge and information level: the influence of education level, the demand of science and technology service for watching agricultural science and technology program is significant, and the influence of training times is not great. The factors of economic income level: the proportion of edible fungus income to household income has a significant impact on the demand for scientific and technological services. On the basis of the above research, this paper puts forward the following suggestions: to improve the quality of growers, to enhance their awareness of the demand for agricultural science and technology services, to strengthen the intensity of scientific research and quality inspection, to improve the service system of science and technology based on the demand of growers; Cultivate leading enterprises, release leading enterprises leading ability; encourage growers to develop and join relevant professional associations.
