【摘要】：全面建成小康社會(huì)扶貧工作新的目標(biāo)要求是"我國(guó)現(xiàn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)下農(nóng)村貧困人口全部脫貧"。"十三五"時(shí)期,寧夏按期脫貧,必須將精準(zhǔn)健康扶貧落到實(shí)處,有效解決因病致貧返貧問(wèn)題。通過(guò)對(duì)寧夏農(nóng)村貧困人口因病致貧返貧的現(xiàn)狀、存在的主要問(wèn)題及成因進(jìn)行客觀分析,提出解決農(nóng)村貧困人口精準(zhǔn)健康扶貧工作的對(duì)策與建議,為建設(shè)"開(kāi)放、富裕、和諧、美麗"寧夏提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策,走好新的長(zhǎng)征路。
[Abstract]:The new goal of helping the poor to build a well-off society in an all-round way is to "lift all the poor rural population out of poverty under the current standards of our country." In the period of the 13th Five-Year Plan, Ningxia must carry out the accurate and healthy poverty alleviation on schedule, and effectively solve the problem of poverty returning to poverty caused by illness. Through the objective analysis of the present situation, the main problems and the causes of poverty return to poverty caused by illness among the rural poor population in Ningxia, the countermeasures and suggestions to solve the poverty alleviation work of precision and health among the rural poor population are put forward, so as to build "open, rich and harmonious". Beautiful "Ningxia put forward the corresponding countermeasure, take a good new long March road."
