【摘要】：正深入推進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革,對(duì)加快培育農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村發(fā)展新動(dòng)能、開創(chuàng)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)新局面意義重大。繼2017年中央一號(hào)文件聚焦農(nóng)業(yè)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革之后,農(nóng)業(yè)部、發(fā)展改革委先后出臺(tái)了《關(guān)于推進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的實(shí)施意見》和《關(guān)于深入推進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革
[Abstract]:It is of great significance to speed up the cultivation of new kinetic energy of agricultural rural development and to create a new situation for the construction of agricultural modernization.
