S公司生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)核心職能部門中層管理者績效考核研究

【摘要】:隨著我國市場經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展和森林資源的不斷減少,森工企業(yè)面臨越來越嚴峻的經(jīng)營形式?紤]到中層管理者是企業(yè)的骨干,是企業(yè)發(fā)展的核心力量,他們是企業(yè)各項戰(zhàn)略的具體執(zhí)行者,在企業(yè)的發(fā)展中肩負著承上啟下的關鍵作用,,中層管理者的工作效果直接影響著企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營狀況。為了使S公司能夠在市場競爭中繼續(xù)繁榮發(fā)展,則必須加強對S公司中層管理者的管理。那么,如何對中層管理者進行績效考核,以提高他們的績效水平,調動他們的工作積極性,使他們在企業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營活動中發(fā)揮積極地作用,成為當前企業(yè)人力資源管理部門的一項重要任務。 本文以S公司生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)核心職能部門中層管理者為績效考核的研究對象,共分為六部分。第一章是緒論。論述了本文的研究背景、研究目的及意義、研究內(nèi)容與研究方法和國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀。 第二章是S公司生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)核心職能部門中層管理者績效考核現(xiàn)狀介紹。重點描述了S公司基本情況及其生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)核心職能部門考核現(xiàn)狀,并詳細分析了其中存在的問題。 第三章是S公司生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)核心職能部門中層管理者績效考核框架構建。在詳細分析考核對象工作績效特點之后,確定了考核原則,并制定了考核內(nèi)容以及考核流程。 第四章是S公司生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)核心職能部門中層管理者績效考核指標體系設計。確定了考核指標選取的指導思想,并以確定了考核指標內(nèi)容的選擇、權重的設計、標準的確定以及考核周期的確定和考核結果的計算。 第五章是S公司生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)核心職能部門中層管理者實施績效考核的保障措施。闡述了企業(yè)考核理念、配套制度建設、考核管理工作、考核結果的應用以及企業(yè)文化的建設。 最后一部分是結論。系統(tǒng)的梳理了全文的研究過程,并對研究成果進行了總結,同時還對研究中存在的不足以及后續(xù)研究的重點進行了分析。
[Abstract]:With the development of market economy and the decrease of forest resources, forest industry enterprises are facing more and more severe management forms. Considering that middle managers are the backbone of the enterprise and the core force for the development of the enterprise, they are the specific executors of the various strategies of the enterprise and shoulder the key role in the development of the enterprise. The working effect of middle-level managers directly affects the production and management of enterprises. In order to enable S company to continue to flourish in the market competition, it is necessary to strengthen the management of middle managers of S Company. So, how to evaluate the performance of middle managers in order to improve their performance level, arouse their work enthusiasm, so that they can play an active role in the production and management activities of enterprises, It has become an important task of the current human resources management department of the enterprise. This paper takes the middle managers of the core functional department of S Company as the research object of performance appraisal, which is divided into six parts. The first chapter is the introduction. This paper discusses the research background, research purpose and significance, research content and research methods, and domestic and foreign research status. The second chapter is the S company production system core function department middle-level manager performance appraisal present situation introduction. This paper mainly describes the basic situation of S Company and the present situation of the examination of the core functional department of the production system, and analyzes the existing problems in detail. The third chapter is the construction of the performance appraisal framework of middle-level managers in the core functional department of S Company. After the detailed analysis of the performance characteristics of the evaluation object, the assessment principle is determined, and the assessment content and the assessment process are formulated. The fourth chapter is the design of the performance evaluation index system of the middle-level managers in the production system of S Company. The guiding ideology of the selection of the assessment index is determined, and the selection of the content of the assessment index, the design of the weight, the determination of the standard, the determination of the examination cycle and the calculation of the assessment result are determined. The fifth chapter is the safeguard measures for the middle-level managers in the core functional department of S Company. This paper expounds the idea of enterprise assessment, the construction of supporting system, the work of examination management, the application of examination result and the construction of enterprise culture. The last part is the conclusion. This paper systematically combs the research process of the full text, summarizes the research results, and analyzes the shortcomings of the research and the emphases of the subsequent research.
