【摘要】：新農(nóng)村建設(shè)是我國(guó)的一項(xiàng)重大戰(zhàn)略舉措,而農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社在新農(nóng)村建設(shè)中發(fā)揮重要作用,是新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的重要載體和關(guān)鍵力量。在新農(nóng)村建設(shè)背景下大力發(fā)展農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社對(duì)促進(jìn)農(nóng)民增收、加快農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展和加強(qiáng)農(nóng)村建設(shè)意義重大。大慶地區(qū)是黑龍江省重要的商品糧等產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)基地。近年來(lái),大慶地區(qū)農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社發(fā)展取得顯著成績(jī),卻也存在諸多問(wèn)題和制約因素。在新農(nóng)村建設(shè)背景下探索解決這些問(wèn)題和制約因素的解決辦法,加快該區(qū)農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社發(fā)展,進(jìn)而推動(dòng)大慶地區(qū)新農(nóng)村建設(shè),形成新農(nóng)村建設(shè)與農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社發(fā)展良性互動(dòng)的局面具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文首先對(duì)農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社和新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的概念進(jìn)行界定,接著探討了新農(nóng)村建設(shè)與農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社發(fā)展的關(guān)系。然后,闡述了文章涉及的基礎(chǔ)理論,為后面的研究提供理論支撐。本文分析了新農(nóng)村建設(shè)背景下大慶地區(qū)農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,指出了存在的優(yōu)勢(shì)、問(wèn)題和制約因素。總結(jié)了國(guó)內(nèi)外農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn),并從中得到啟示。在結(jié)合當(dāng)?shù)剞r(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社發(fā)展實(shí)際和借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了新農(nóng)村建設(shè)背景下大慶地區(qū)農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,并提出了若干對(duì)策建議,以供決策參考。
[Abstract]:The construction of new countryside is an important strategic measure in our country, and farmers' specialized cooperatives play an important role in the construction of new countryside, which is an important carrier and key force in the construction of new countryside. Under the background of new rural construction, it is of great significance to develop farmers' specialized cooperatives to increase farmers' income, accelerate the development of agriculture and strengthen rural construction. Daqing area is an important commodity grain production base in Heilongjiang Province. In recent years, the development of farmers' professional cooperatives in Daqing area has made remarkable achievements, but there are also many problems and constraints. In the context of new rural construction, the paper explores the solutions to these problems and constraints, speeds up the development of farmers' specialized cooperatives in this area, and then promotes the construction of new rural areas in Daqing. It is of great practical significance to form a positive interaction between the construction of new countryside and the development of farmers' professional cooperatives. This paper first defines the concept of farmers' professional cooperatives and new rural construction, and then discusses the relationship between the construction of new rural areas and the development of farmers' professional cooperatives. Then, the article related to the basic theory, for the following research to provide theoretical support. This paper analyzes the present situation of the development of farmers' specialized cooperatives in Daqing area under the background of new rural construction, and points out the advantages, problems and restrictive factors. This paper summarizes the development experience of farmers' professional cooperatives at home and abroad, and gets enlightenment from them. On the basis of combining the development practice of local farmers' specialized cooperatives and drawing on the development experience of domestic and foreign farmers' professional cooperatives, this paper puts forward the development strategy of farmers' professional cooperatives in Daqing area under the background of new rural construction, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
