【摘要】：統(tǒng)籌推進"五位一體"總體布局和協調推進"四個全面"戰(zhàn)略布局,需要貫穿落實"五大"發(fā)展理念,建設生態(tài)文明。林業(yè)在生態(tài)文明建設中具有主體性、基礎性和先導性的作用,在林業(yè)建設的基礎上,發(fā)展林業(yè)生態(tài)經濟正在成為當前我國實現綠色發(fā)展的重要內容和基本路徑。文章對近30年來國內外關于林業(yè)生態(tài)經濟內涵的概念闡述進行了全面梳理,系統(tǒng)揭示了林業(yè)生態(tài)經濟的演進規(guī)律,從勞動力、資本、自然資源及國家對于林業(yè)科技的投入等影響林業(yè)生態(tài)經濟發(fā)展的因素出發(fā),全面總結出6種發(fā)展模式,在模式比較的基礎上,進一步闡釋了促進我國林業(yè)生態(tài)經濟發(fā)展的建設性意見。
[Abstract]:To carry out the overall layout of "five in one" as a whole and to promote "four comprehensive" strategic layout in coordination, it is necessary to carry out the concept of "five big" development and build ecological civilization. Forestry plays an important role in the construction of ecological civilization. On the basis of forestry construction, the development of forestry ecological economy is becoming an important content and basic path to realize green development in our country. In this paper, the concept of forestry ecological economy at home and abroad in the past 30 years has been comprehensively expounded, and the evolution law of forestry ecological economy has been revealed systematically from the labor force and capital. Starting from the factors that affect the development of forestry ecological economy, such as natural resources and the investment of the state in forestry science and technology, six development models are summed up in an all-round way, and on the basis of the comparison of the models, Further explained the constructive suggestions to promote the development of forestry ecological economy in China.
