【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)適度規(guī)模經(jīng)營是中國農(nóng)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的迫切需求。為合理確定農(nóng)戶適度經(jīng)營規(guī)模,從社會、經(jīng)濟和環(huán)境3個方面選取9項指標,構建農(nóng)業(yè)土地利用綜合效應指標體系,并應用層次分析法(AHP)和熵權法確定指標權重,嘗試對洞庭湖區(qū)不同農(nóng)戶農(nóng)業(yè)用地經(jīng)營規(guī)模的社會-經(jīng)濟-環(huán)境綜合效應進行分析和比較,并以桃江縣為例進行實證研究。結果表明,僅從社會、經(jīng)濟和環(huán)境的單一效應分析,農(nóng)戶經(jīng)營規(guī)模在6.67~20.00 hm2時社會效應最佳,0.67~2.00 hm2時經(jīng)濟效應最大,20.00 hm2時環(huán)境效應最優(yōu);從社會-經(jīng)濟-環(huán)境綜合效應分析,在政府視角下,經(jīng)營規(guī)模在6.67~20.00 hm2之間的農(nóng)戶綜合效應最高;而在農(nóng)戶和學者視角下,3.33~6.67 hm2時農(nóng)戶綜合效應最佳;結合協(xié)調度分析,桃江縣農(nóng)戶適度經(jīng)營規(guī)模應在3.33~6.67 hm2之間,其不僅具有較高的綜合效應,而且社會-經(jīng)濟-環(huán)境效應的協(xié)調度較好。開展不同農(nóng)戶經(jīng)營規(guī)模的農(nóng)業(yè)土地利用效應評價研究,有助于探尋社會-經(jīng)濟-環(huán)境效應均適宜的農(nóng)戶經(jīng)營規(guī)模,以實現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Moderate scale management of agriculture is the urgent need of sustainable development of agriculture in China. In order to reasonably determine the appropriate management scale of farmers, 9 indexes were selected from three aspects of society, economy and environment, and the index system of comprehensive effect of agricultural land use was constructed, and the index weight was determined by (AHP) and entropy weight method. This paper attempts to analyze and compare the social-economic-environmental comprehensive effects of agricultural land management scale of different farmers in Dongting Lake region, and takes Taojiang County as an example to carry out an empirical study. The results showed that from the single effect of society, economy and environment, the social effect was the best at 6.67 ~ 20.00 hm2, the biggest economic effect was at 0.67 ~ 2.00 hm2, and the environmental effect was the best at 20.00 hm2. From the point of view of social-economic-environmental comprehensive effect, the farmer's comprehensive effect is the highest in the range of 6.67- 20.00 hm2 from the perspective of the government, while the farmer's comprehensive effect is the best in the view of farmers and scholars when the scale of operation is between 6.67and 6.67 hm2. According to the analysis of coordination degree, the moderate management scale of farmers in Taojiang County should be between 3.33 and 6.67 hm2, which not only has a higher comprehensive effect, but also has a better coordination degree of socio-economic and environmental effects. The research on the evaluation of agricultural land use effect of different scale of farmers' management is helpful to explore the scale of farmers' management which is suitable for the social, economic and environmental effects, so as to realize the sustainable development of agriculture.
