【摘要】：為檢驗(yàn)制度供給對農(nóng)民工生存性消費(fèi)的影響作用,本文基于分層線性模型(HLM),利用實(shí)地調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù),融合農(nóng)民工個(gè)人和企業(yè)兩個(gè)層面進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。結(jié)果表明,借由企業(yè)所表現(xiàn)的制度因素可解釋農(nóng)民工生存性消費(fèi)的21%,并與農(nóng)民工個(gè)體因素之間存在互動(dòng)機(jī)制,形成對不同群體農(nóng)民工生存性消費(fèi)的復(fù)合影響。其中,人力資本培育促使低端就業(yè)農(nóng)民工勞動(dòng)投入改變并引致消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)的轉(zhuǎn)型;職業(yè)穩(wěn)定則增強(qiáng)了農(nóng)民工城市化意愿并刺激了生存性消費(fèi)提升;工資歧視明顯抑制了已婚農(nóng)民工的生存性消費(fèi)水平;住房保障降低了農(nóng)民工的住房成本,卻催生了農(nóng)民工的短視性消費(fèi)或未來高層次的生存性消費(fèi)需求。
[Abstract]:In order to test the effect of institutional supply on rural migrant workers' survivability consumption, this paper makes empirical analysis based on stratified linear model (HLM), using field survey data and integrating migrant workers' individual and enterprise levels. The results show that the institutional factors represented by the enterprises can explain 21 percent of the survival consumption of migrant workers, and there is an interactive mechanism between them and individual factors of migrant workers, forming a compound influence on the survivability consumption of different groups of migrant workers. Among them, the cultivation of human capital promotes the labor input of low-end employed migrant workers to change and leads to the transformation of consumption structure, while occupational stability strengthens the urbanization willingness of migrant workers and stimulates the promotion of subsistence consumption. Wage discrimination obviously inhibits the living consumption level of married migrant workers; housing security reduces the housing cost of migrant workers, but gives birth to short-sighted consumption of migrant workers or high-level consumer demand for survival in the future.
