【摘要】：正一、我國(guó)金融精準(zhǔn)扶貧的具體實(shí)踐近幾年,我國(guó)在扶貧工作模式上創(chuàng)新推出項(xiàng)目直貸、資金互助、"銀行+企業(yè)+貧困戶"等金融精準(zhǔn)扶貧模式。本文選取目前已取得階段性進(jìn)展、并在全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)具有推廣可行性的三種扶貧模式進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)分析。(一)"擔(dān)保公司+貸款對(duì)象"模式——甘肅"雙聯(lián)惠農(nóng)貸"甘肅省自然條件嚴(yán)酷,農(nóng)村貧困面廣,農(nóng)民收入來(lái)源匱乏,發(fā)展資金嚴(yán)重不足,弱勢(shì)地位十分突出。為促進(jìn)貧困地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展,實(shí)現(xiàn)百姓脫貧致富,
[Abstract]:First, in recent years, the specific practice of financial precision poverty alleviation in our country has been innovating and introducing projects direct loan, mutual aid of funds, "poor households of bank enterprises" and other financial precision poverty alleviation models in the work mode of poverty alleviation. In this paper, three kinds of poverty alleviation models, which have made progress at present and have been popularized in the whole country, are analyzed emphatically.
