【摘要】：健康水平的提高對(duì)于緩解農(nóng)民的貧困、增加收入具有重要作用。新型農(nóng)村合作醫(yī)療制度的實(shí)施有助于提升農(nóng)民的健康水平,其有效運(yùn)行是實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)民健康權(quán)益的重要保障。調(diào)查分析新型農(nóng)村合作醫(yī)療制度在貴州黔東南少數(shù)民族地區(qū)的運(yùn)行狀況時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn),農(nóng)民對(duì)該制度的總體評(píng)價(jià)較高,參合率也比較高,但對(duì)醫(yī)藥價(jià)格、醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生服務(wù)質(zhì)量、報(bào)銷比例、個(gè)人繳費(fèi)額度等方面滿意度較低。完善新型農(nóng)村合作醫(yī)療制度需要提高農(nóng)民的收入水平、增強(qiáng)健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)意識(shí)、加強(qiáng)健康管理、倡導(dǎo)健康的生活方式以及規(guī)范參與主體的行為。
[Abstract]:The improvement of health level plays an important role in alleviating peasants' poverty and increasing income. The implementation of the new rural cooperative medical system is helpful to improve the farmers' health level, and its effective operation is an important guarantee to realize the farmers' health rights and interests. When investigating and analyzing the operation of the new rural cooperative medical system in the minority areas in the southeast of Guizhou province, it is found that the farmers have a higher overall evaluation of the system, and the participation rate is also relatively high, but they have a higher medical and health service quality, but the price of medicine and the quality of medical and health services are also relatively high. Reimbursement ratio, personal payment amount and other aspects of low satisfaction. To perfect the new rural cooperative medical system, we need to improve the income level of farmers, strengthen the awareness of health risk, strengthen health management, advocate healthy lifestyle and standardize the behavior of participants.
