【摘要】：大數(shù)據(jù)時代背景下,農(nóng)村精準(zhǔn)扶貧存在信息主體缺席、信息對象匱乏、信息技術(shù)滯后的現(xiàn)實(shí)困境,這使大數(shù)據(jù)分析框架的有效性大打折扣,其直接后果是影響扶貧開發(fā)的"精準(zhǔn)性"。構(gòu)建精準(zhǔn)扶貧的信息生態(tài),就是要使信息的生成、應(yīng)用和價值增值在城鄉(xiāng)一體化視閾下獲得快速、健康發(fā)展。農(nóng)村信息基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、農(nóng)民媒介素養(yǎng)的提高以及城鄉(xiāng)信息一體化建設(shè),是大數(shù)據(jù)時代獲得有效分析對象,從而在大數(shù)據(jù)分析工具的使用中提高精準(zhǔn)扶貧效能的有效手段。
[Abstract]:Under the background of big data's times, the absence of information subject, the lack of information object and the lag of information technology in the rural precision poverty alleviation have greatly reduced the effectiveness of big data's analytical framework. Its direct consequence is to affect the poverty alleviation development's "precision". To construct the information ecology of accurate poverty alleviation is to make the generation, application and value increment of information develop rapidly and healthily from the perspective of urban-rural integration. The construction of rural information infrastructure, the improvement of farmers' media literacy and the construction of urban and rural information integration are the effective means to improve the efficiency of accurate poverty alleviation in the use of big data analysis tools.
