【摘要】：本研究以福建省永定縣為研究區(qū),以2012年度土地調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)庫為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合土地利用總體規(guī)劃、水源區(qū)保護規(guī)劃、土壤普查等成果和資料信息,采取“限制性因子”評價法,通過對永定縣土地后備資源的類型、數(shù)量、空間分布的分析,評價永定縣土地后備資源的宜耕性,從而為土地開發(fā)利用管理工作提出合理化建議。主要研究結(jié)果如下：(1)構(gòu)建了永定縣土地后備資源評價指標(biāo)體系。根據(jù)永定縣實際情況,選取了生態(tài)條件、土壤污染狀況、排水條件、土層厚度和母質(zhì)條件、地形坡度、耕作便利度等六個評價因子,以土地后備資源開發(fā)利用為目標(biāo),利用“限制性因子”評價法,建立評價體系。(2)針對永定土地后備資源的評價結(jié)果表明,永定縣土地后備資源主要是以可開墾其他草地為主,大部分分布于撫市鎮(zhèn),可開墾裸地與歷史遺留的采礦用地為數(shù)不多。影響永定縣土地后備資源宜耕性的最大限制條件是地形坡度。永定縣土地后備資源中相當(dāng)部分是坡度25°土地,開發(fā)利用土地后備資源難度大。(3)永定縣土地后備資源開發(fā)利用的相關(guān)合理化建議：從行政手段、社會監(jiān)督手段、經(jīng)濟手段、技術(shù)手段等方面提出保障土地后備資源持續(xù)、科學(xué)利用的合理化建議,為土地管理部門從事具體的工作提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Taking Yongding County of Fujian Province as the research area, based on the data base of land survey in 2012, combined with the results and information of land use master plan, water source area protection planning, soil census and so on, the method of "restrictive factor" evaluation was adopted. Based on the analysis of the types, quantity and spatial distribution of the land reserve resources in Yongding County, this paper evaluates the suitability for cultivation of the land reserve resources in Yongding County, and puts forward some reasonable suggestions for the management of land development and utilization. The main results are as follows: (1) the evaluation index system of land reserve resources in Yongding County is constructed. According to the actual situation of Yongding County, six evaluation factors were selected, such as ecological condition, soil pollution condition, drainage condition, soil layer thickness and parent material condition, topographic slope, cultivation convenience and so on. The evaluation system was established by using the "restrictive factor" evaluation method. (2) the evaluation results of the land reserve resources in Yongding County showed that the main land reserve resources in Yongding County were reclaimed other grasslands, and most of them were distributed in Fuzhen. Reclamation of bare land and historical heritage of the few mining land. Topographic slope is the most restrictive condition affecting the suitability of land reserve resources in Yongding County. In Yongding County, quite a part of the land reserve resources is 25 擄land slope, so it is difficult to develop and utilize the land reserve resources. (3) the rational suggestions on the development and utilization of the land reserve resources in Yongding County: from the administrative means, the social supervision means, In the aspects of economic means and technical means, this paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions to ensure the sustainable and scientific utilization of land reserve resources, which provides scientific basis for the land management departments to engage in concrete work.
