【摘要】：【目的】從農民主體視角出發(fā),了解欠發(fā)達地區(qū)農民集中居住的意愿與影響因素,以指導該類地區(qū)農村集中居住健康有序推進�！痉椒ā客ㄟ^對泗洪縣350個暫未搬遷農民的問卷調查,采用Logistic模型對農民集中居住意愿進行了回歸分析�！窘Y果】相比于發(fā)達地區(qū),泗洪農民集中居住的意愿明顯偏低;農民個體特征影響其集中居住決策;經濟因素如家庭經濟收入、農業(yè)收入狀況對農民意愿影響顯著;家中是否有老人小孩、周邊服務設施配置狀等因素對意愿影響不大�！窘Y論】健康推進農村集中居住,應充分尊重農民意愿,保障農村公共服務供給,創(chuàng)新集中居住模式,保障農民的長遠利益,增加農戶非農收入。
[Abstract]:[objective] from the perspective of farmers' main body, to understand the will and influence factors of farmers' concentrated residence in less developed areas. To guide the healthy and orderly promotion of rural concentrated housing in this area. [methods] A questionnaire survey of 350 temporarily unrelocated peasants in Sihong County was conducted. The Logistic model was used to analyze the farmers' concentration living intention. [results] compared with the developed areas, Sihong peasants' concentration living intention was obviously lower than that of the developed areas. The individual characteristics of farmers influence their centralized living decisions, economic factors such as household income, agricultural income status have a significant impact on farmers' willingness to live; Whether there are elderly and children in the family, and the disposition of peripheral service facilities have little effect on the intention. [conclusion] We should fully respect the wishes of farmers, guarantee the supply of rural public services, and innovate the mode of centralized living. Safeguard farmer's long-term benefit, increase farmer non-agricultural income.
