寧夏勞務(wù)移民滿意度驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)制研究
[Abstract]:The southern mountainous area of Ningxia is one of the poor areas with poor ecological environment and poor population. Therefore, since the reform and opening up since the "hanging Zhuang immigrants", "1236" project to the "12th Five-Year Plan" period of ecological migration project, Ningxia has accumulated a wealth of experience in the practice of poverty alleviation relocation, in which ecological migration is the most typical. In addition, in 2012, Ningxia's urbanization rate exceeded 50% for the first time, it is evident that the pace of urbanization is accelerating. In the "12th Five-Year Plan" period, under the background of urbanization development and the implementation of ecological migration project, there is a soilless settlement mode, that is, labor migration, which is different from that of ecological immigrants. As the leader of this livelihood project, it is necessary for the government to understand the real demand of labor migration from the perspective of demand, respect the willingness of immigrants, and improve the satisfaction of labor migrants and the allocation efficiency of public resources. This paper mainly takes the labor migration in the "12th Five-Year Plan" period of Ningxia as an example, reviews the literature on the satisfaction driving mechanism and the labor migration literature, and concludes that the research on the satisfaction driving mechanism of the labor migration is of significance in both theory and practice. First of all, two labor migration settlements in Dawukou District and Huinong District of Shizuishan City were investigated on the spot, and the satisfaction data of labor migration were collected and sorted out. The SPSS software is used to analyze the data collected by descriptive statistics and to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire, which lays a reliable foundation for the empirical research. Secondly, the structural equation model is used to verify the driving factors of internal drive, external gravity and intermediary force, and the relationship between internal drive, external gravity, intermediary force and satisfaction degree is analyzed by causality. Thirdly, the multiple linear regression method is used to analyze the relationship between internal drive, external gravity, intermediary force and the characteristics of different immigrant groups, and to establish the satisfaction driving mechanism of labor migration. Finally, some policy suggestions are put forward from three aspects: internal drive, external attraction and intermediary force to improve the satisfaction of labor migration.
