【摘要】：未利用地開發(fā)為建設(shè)用地是破解建設(shè)用地空間不足的重要途徑,同時未利用地在維護景觀生態(tài)環(huán)境方面發(fā)揮著巨大作用,實現(xiàn)對未利用地資源的合理開發(fā),就需要處理好開發(fā)與保護之間的關(guān)系,降低未利用地開發(fā)建設(shè)過程中對景觀生態(tài)造成的不利影響。本文以冀西北間山盆地的河北省懷來縣為例,引入最小累積阻力模型,選取工程地質(zhì)條件、地形地貌條件、區(qū)位因素條件、自然生態(tài)條件4個方面指標(biāo)構(gòu)建阻力面,并通過構(gòu)建潛在雨水生態(tài)廊道和生態(tài)節(jié)點對未利用地開發(fā)建設(shè)適宜性評價結(jié)果進行優(yōu)化。結(jié)果表明:1)基于最小累積阻力模型對未利用地進行建設(shè)適宜性評價,突出了已有城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)用地的作用,評價結(jié)果呈現(xiàn)集中分布的特點,有利于今后的規(guī)模開發(fā)利用。2)根據(jù)評價結(jié)果將研究區(qū)劃分為適宜擴展區(qū)、較適宜擴展區(qū)、限制擴展區(qū)和禁止擴展區(qū),面積分別為17 064.67 hm~2、20 468.30 hm~2、9 723.66 hm~2和7 993.82 hm~2。由此可見,懷來縣未利用地開發(fā)為建設(shè)用地的潛力較大。3)將開發(fā)建設(shè)適宜性評價結(jié)果與潛在雨水生態(tài)廊道、生態(tài)節(jié)點進行疊加,打破了適宜性擴展區(qū)集中連片的擴展格局,有效地保障了區(qū)域景觀生態(tài)的連通性。本研究豐富了山地丘陵區(qū)未利用地建設(shè)適宜性評價的內(nèi)涵,可為科學(xué)合理利用未利用地資源提供技術(shù)支撐。
[Abstract]:The development of unused land for construction is an important way to solve the shortage of space for construction land. At the same time, unused land plays an important role in maintaining the landscape ecological environment and realizing the rational development of unused land resources. It is necessary to properly deal with the relationship between development and protection and to reduce the adverse effects on landscape ecology caused by the development and construction of unused land. This paper takes Huailai County of Hebei Province in the northwest of Hebei Province as an example, introduces the minimum cumulative resistance model, selects engineering geological conditions, terrain and geomorphological conditions, location factors and natural ecological conditions to construct resistance surface. By constructing potential Rain Water ecological corridor and ecological node, the suitability evaluation results of unused land development and construction were optimized. The results show that: 1) based on the minimum cumulative resistance model, the construction suitability of unused land is evaluated, which highlights the role of existing urban construction land, and the evaluation results show the characteristics of centralized distribution. 2) according to the evaluation results, the study area is divided into suitable extension area, more suitable expansion area, restricted expansion area and forbidden expansion area, Area 17 064.67 hm~2,20 468.30 hm~2,9 723.66 hm~2 and 7 993.82 hm~2. It can be seen that the unused land in Huailai County has great potential for development as construction land. 3) the evaluation results of suitability for development and construction are superposed with potential Rain Water ecological corridors and ecological nodes, thus breaking the pattern of expansion of the contiguous area of suitability expansion. It effectively guarantees the connectivity of regional landscape ecology. This study enriches the connotation of suitability evaluation of unused land construction in mountainous and hilly areas and provides technical support for scientific and rational utilization of unused land resources.
