【摘要】：中國與越南兩國開展的水產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易不斷擴(kuò)大,兩國間的水產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易是產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)貿(mào)易還是產(chǎn)業(yè)間貿(mào)易?本文基于2000—2015年中越兩國水產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易數(shù)據(jù),實(shí)證研究了產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)貿(mào)易問題,發(fā)現(xiàn)兩國間水產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易屬于產(chǎn)業(yè)間貿(mào)易。中越兩國水產(chǎn)業(yè)要素稟賦、政府的支持程度存在差異,水產(chǎn)品國際競爭力不強(qiáng),并面臨激烈的競爭,水產(chǎn)品出口受到技術(shù)性貿(mào)易壁壘的影響。中國需要以創(chuàng)新科技水平促進(jìn)水產(chǎn)業(yè)持續(xù)發(fā)展,政府需要正確引導(dǎo)水產(chǎn)業(yè)健康發(fā)展,增強(qiáng)水產(chǎn)品的國際競爭力,積極應(yīng)對水產(chǎn)品技術(shù)性貿(mào)易壁壘,促進(jìn)雙邊水產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易的健康、穩(wěn)定和可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The aquatic product trade between China and Vietnam continues to expand. Is the aquatic product trade between the two countries intra-industry trade or inter-industry trade? Based on the data of aquatic product trade between China and Vietnam from 2000 to 2015, this paper empirically studies the intra-industry trade and finds that the aquatic product trade between the two countries belongs to inter-industry trade. There are differences in the degree of government support between China and Vietnam in aquatic industry factor endowment, the international competitiveness of aquatic products is not strong, and they face fierce competition. Aquatic products export is affected by technical barriers to trade. China needs to promote the sustainable development of aquatic industry with the level of innovation and technology, and the government needs to correctly guide the healthy development of aquatic industry, enhance the international competitiveness of aquatic products, actively deal with technical barriers to trade in aquatic products, and promote the health of bilateral aquatic products trade. Stable and sustainable development.
