【摘要】：我國(guó)的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全問(wèn)題層出不窮,從“致癌草莓”到“問(wèn)題西瓜”,再到“催熟香蕉”等事件頻繁出現(xiàn),不僅影響了人民群眾的健康安全,還給整個(gè)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展帶來(lái)負(fù)面影響。國(guó)內(nèi)目前主要通過(guò)法律、激勵(lì)、處罰手段來(lái)解決農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量安全問(wèn)題,而部分學(xué)者認(rèn)為農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全控制關(guān)鍵在于生產(chǎn)過(guò)程,而生產(chǎn)源頭是農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全的核心。只有供應(yīng)鏈源頭上建立農(nóng)戶(hù)和龍頭企業(yè)穩(wěn)定的共生關(guān)系,才能從根本上實(shí)施農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn),以此來(lái)滿(mǎn)足安全的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品有效供應(yīng),實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈質(zhì)量安全水平的持續(xù)發(fā)展。因此,如何構(gòu)建農(nóng)戶(hù)和龍頭企業(yè)之間穩(wěn)定的共生關(guān)系,是論文需要探討的問(wèn)題。本文在國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈上農(nóng)戶(hù)和企業(yè)的相關(guān)研究基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用生態(tài)位的理念來(lái)研究農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈上農(nóng)戶(hù)和企業(yè)的生態(tài)位關(guān)系,從理論和實(shí)踐兩方面提出一些具有意義的建議。其主要研究?jī)?nèi)容包括:文章第一部分基于生態(tài)位理論,對(duì)農(nóng)戶(hù)和龍頭企業(yè)的生態(tài)位以及兩者的生態(tài)位寬度和生態(tài)位重疊界定。在文章第二部分,首先借鑒了共生理論來(lái)闡述基于生態(tài)位理論上的農(nóng)戶(hù)和龍頭企業(yè)共生關(guān)系形成機(jī)制。進(jìn)一步地,通過(guò)構(gòu)建農(nóng)戶(hù)和龍頭企業(yè)生態(tài)位共生模型,對(duì)不同共生模式下,兩者形成的共生關(guān)系進(jìn)行生態(tài)位的分析以及驗(yàn)證。在文章的第三部分,通過(guò)實(shí)地訪問(wèn)和調(diào)查農(nóng)戶(hù)和龍頭企業(yè)合作情況,結(jié)合理論研究分析農(nóng)戶(hù)和企業(yè)的共生關(guān)系,為本文提供實(shí)例支持。通過(guò)把握理論與實(shí)踐兩方面,認(rèn)為農(nóng)戶(hù)和龍頭企業(yè)在形成不同共生關(guān)系中,與兩者在空間、功能、生態(tài)位寬度和生態(tài)位重疊存在著密切的關(guān)系,并從生態(tài)位的視角對(duì)兩者之間構(gòu)建互利共生關(guān)系提出一些具有意義的建議。
[Abstract]:The quality and safety problems of agricultural products in our country emerge in endlessly, from "carcinogenic strawberries" to "problem watermelons", and then to "ripening bananas" frequently, which not only affects the health and safety of the people, but also affects the health and safety of the people. Still bring negative effect to whole agriculture development. At present, the quality and safety of agricultural products are mainly solved by means of law, encouragement and punishment. Some scholars believe that the key to the quality and safety control of agricultural products lies in the production process, and the source of production is the core of the quality and safety of agricultural products. Only by establishing a stable symbiotic relationship between farmers and leading enterprises at the source of the supply chain can the quality and safety standards of agricultural products be fundamentally implemented in order to satisfy the effective supply of safe agricultural products. To achieve sustainable development of quality and safety level of agricultural product supply chain. Therefore, how to build a stable symbiotic relationship between farmers and leading enterprises is a problem to be discussed in this paper. On the basis of domestic and foreign scholars' research on farmers and enterprises in agricultural product supply chain, this paper uses niche concept to study the niche relationship between farmers and enterprises in agricultural product supply chain. Some meaningful suggestions are put forward from both theory and practice. The main research contents are as follows: the first part defines the niche of farmers and leading enterprises and their niche breadth and niche overlap based on niche theory. In the second part, the symbiosis theory is used for reference to explain the formation mechanism of the symbiotic relationship between farmers and leading enterprises based on niche theory. Furthermore, the niche symbiosis model of farmers and leading enterprises is constructed to analyze and verify the symbiotic relationship between farmers and leading enterprises under different symbiotic models. In the third part of the paper, through the field visits and investigation of the cooperation between farmers and leading enterprises, the symbiotic relationship between farmers and enterprises is analyzed in combination with theoretical research, which provides an example for this paper. Through grasping both theory and practice, it is considered that farmers and leading enterprises are closely related to space, function, niche width and niche overlap in the formation of different symbiotic relationships. From the perspective of niche, some meaningful suggestions are put forward for the establishment of mutually-beneficial symbiotic relationship between the two.
