河北省種植業(yè)家庭農場投資效益影響因素研究

【摘要】：家庭承包制自實行以來,在取得了卓越成效的同時,其規(guī)模較小、經營分散、生產技術手段落后及生產率低下等弊端日益暴露。2015年《中央一號文件》明確提出:不斷增強糧食生產能力。在農村現(xiàn)有耕地面積相對固定的情況下,如何保證農業(yè)增產、農民增收?這就為規(guī)模農業(yè)的發(fā)展帶來了契機。家庭農場作為新型農業(yè)生產經營模式,其規(guī)�；�、集約化、商品化的發(fā)展道路,成為當前轉變農業(yè)發(fā)展方式、提高農業(yè)經濟效益、實現(xiàn)農業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的重要載體。在京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展的大背景下,隨著城鎮(zhèn)化步伐的加快,農村勞動力向二三產業(yè)大量轉移、農業(yè)經營者素質逐步提高、農業(yè)科學技術廣泛推廣應用,河北省必將迎來發(fā)展家庭農場的高潮�；诜N植業(yè)在河北省農業(yè)中的重要地位,推進種植業(yè)家庭農場發(fā)展對于促進河北省農業(yè)經濟增長意義重大。然而根據調查顯示,河北省種植業(yè)家庭農場受內外多重因素的制約,規(guī)模投資效益無法得到充分實現(xiàn)。本文通過對河北省種植業(yè)家庭農場投資效益影響因素進行理論研究加以實證分析,以幫助政府有關部門搞好宏觀調控,引導各家庭農場投資主體改善經營管理,抓住發(fā)展機遇,挖掘潛能增加效益,切實推動河北省種植業(yè)家庭農場的健康快速發(fā)展。全文共七章。第一章引言,由研究背景的介紹引出本文的研究意義,在對國內外家庭農場、農業(yè)投資效益影響因素的相關研究進行梳理的基礎上對其進行更為深入的研究;第二章為理論基礎,主要介紹了家庭農場、農業(yè)投資、農業(yè)投資效益的相關概念和理論;第三章河北省種植業(yè)家庭農場的投資現(xiàn)狀和成效,分析所調研41戶種植業(yè)家庭農場的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和經營成效;第四章制約河北省種植業(yè)家庭農場投資效益提高的影響因素分析,在對調查問卷深入歸納總結的基礎上,得出制約家庭農場投資效益提高的內外因素;第五章采用灰色關聯(lián)度分析法從家庭農場投資結構和家庭農場投入要素兩部分,分析各因素影響投資效益的程度,通過實證分析使文章更具說服力;第六章為對策建議,通過上文對影響因素的實證分析,有針對性的提出提高河北省種植業(yè)家庭農場投資效益的對策;第七章為結論,列出本文的四點主要觀點和不足之處。本文采用文獻閱讀結合實地調研的研究方法,定性與定量分析相結合,在對調查問卷歸納梳理的基礎上,對河北省41戶種植業(yè)家庭農場的投資現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展制約因素進行深入探討。并采用灰色關聯(lián)度分析法分析各因素影響投資效益的程度,得出:人力資本水平狀況和社會化服務體系的完善程度,對農場投資效益產生較大影響。在實證分析結論的指引下,有針對性的從加強家庭農場內部自身建設和完善家庭農場外部投資環(huán)境兩方面,提出提高種植業(yè)家庭農場投資效益的對策建議。
[Abstract]:Since the implementation of the household contract system, it has achieved remarkable results at the same time, its scale is relatively small, the management is scattered, The disadvantages of backward technical means of production and low productivity are exposed day by day. The first document of the Central Committee in 2015 clearly points out that the grain production capacity should be continuously enhanced. Under the condition that the existing cultivated land area is relatively fixed, how to ensure the increase of agricultural production and the increase of farmers' income? This brings the opportunity for the development of scale agriculture. As a new mode of agricultural production and management, family farm has become an important carrier to change the mode of agricultural development, improve agricultural economic benefit and realize agricultural modernization. Under the background of the coordinated development between Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, with the acceleration of urbanization, the rural labor force has been transferred to the second and third industries, the quality of agricultural operators has been gradually improved, and agricultural science and technology have been widely used. Hebei Province will usher in the development of family farm climax. Based on the important position of planting industry in agriculture in Hebei province, it is of great significance to promote the development of family farm in Hebei province. However, according to the investigation, the family farm of planting industry in Hebei province is restricted by many factors inside and outside, and the benefit of scale investment can not be fully realized. In this paper, through the theoretical research and empirical analysis on the factors affecting the investment benefit of the family farm in Hebei Province, the author tries to help the relevant government departments to do a good job of macro-control, guide the main investment bodies of the family farm to improve the management and management, and seize the opportunity of development. Mining potential to increase efficiency and promote the healthy and rapid development of family farms in Hebei Province. The full text consists of seven chapters. The fifth chapter uses the grey correlation analysis method from the family farm investment structure and the family farm investment factor two parts, analyzes each factor influence the investment benefit degree, through the demonstration analysis causes the article to be more persuasive; The sixth chapter is the countermeasure suggestion, through the above empirical analysis to the influence factor, has proposed the countermeasure which enhances the Hebei Province planting family farm investment benefit pertinently; the seventh chapter is the conclusion, lists this article four main viewpoints and the insufficiency. This paper adopts the research method of literature reading combined with field investigation, combining qualitative and quantitative analysis, on the basis of summarizing and combing the questionnaire, This paper probes into the present investment situation and development restriction factors of 41 family farms in Hebei province. The degree of influence of various factors on investment benefit is analyzed by using grey correlation degree analysis. It is concluded that the level of human capital and the consummation of socialized service system have great influence on the investment benefit of farm. Under the guidance of empirical analysis, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the investment benefit of family farm from two aspects: strengthening the self-construction of family farm and perfecting the external investment environment of family farm.
