【摘要】：“三農(nóng)”問題一直以來是黨和政府關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。近年來,不少學(xué)者從農(nóng)村工業(yè)化、城市化、農(nóng)村小城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)等各個(gè)角度探討解決“三農(nóng)”問題的途徑和措施,而忽視了農(nóng)民創(chuàng)業(yè)作為農(nóng)民就業(yè)、農(nóng)民增收的主要途徑。家庭農(nóng)場是國家推行的新型農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營組織形式,有著現(xiàn)代化、產(chǎn)業(yè)化的生產(chǎn)模式,集約化的作業(yè)方式,家庭式的經(jīng)營方式,有利于保障農(nóng)村穩(wěn)定,促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,提高農(nóng)民的收入。作為農(nóng)民創(chuàng)業(yè)的重要形式之一的現(xiàn)代家庭農(nóng)場的經(jīng)營方式正處于市場內(nèi)生和政府推動(dòng)的重要階段,如何促進(jìn)我國家庭農(nóng)場的發(fā)展既是一個(gè)理論問題,更是一個(gè)實(shí)踐問題。本文主要應(yīng)用了文獻(xiàn)研究法、實(shí)地調(diào)查法、定量與定性相結(jié)合的分析方法對(duì)永州市家庭農(nóng)場創(chuàng)業(yè)進(jìn)行研究分析。首先采用文獻(xiàn)研究法對(duì)國內(nèi)外有關(guān)家庭農(nóng)場的研究動(dòng)態(tài)進(jìn)行了論述；對(duì)家庭農(nóng)場、創(chuàng)業(yè)的相關(guān)概念和理論基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行了闡述。然后通過實(shí)地調(diào)研對(duì)永州市家庭農(nóng)場創(chuàng)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀、發(fā)展績效進(jìn)行了歸納,并在此基礎(chǔ)上應(yīng)用定量與定性相結(jié)合的方法分析了家庭農(nóng)場主、資金、技術(shù)、土地和配套設(shè)施對(duì)永州市家庭農(nóng)場發(fā)展的阻礙。最后針對(duì)性的提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:The issue of agriculture, rural areas and farmers has always been the focus of attention of the Party and the government. In recent years, many scholars have discussed the ways and measures to solve the problems of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" from the perspectives of rural industrialization, urbanization and the construction of small towns in rural areas. Family farm is a new type of agricultural management organization promoted by the state. It has modern and industrialized production mode, intensive operation mode and family-style management mode, which is conducive to ensuring rural stability and promoting the development of agricultural economy. Raise the income of farmers. As one of the important forms of farmers' entrepreneurship, the management mode of modern family farm is in the important stage of market endogenesis and government promotion. How to promote the development of family farm in our country is not only a theoretical problem, but also a practical problem. This article mainly applies the literature research method, the field investigation method, the quantitative and the qualitative analysis method to carry on the research and the analysis to the Yongzhou family farm entrepreneurship. Firstly, the research trends of family farms at home and abroad are discussed by using the method of literature research, and the related concepts and theoretical basis of family farms and entrepreneurship are expounded. Then through the field investigation to Yongzhou City family farm entrepreneurship present situation, the development performance has carried on the induction, and has applied the quantitative and the qualitative union method to analyze the family farmer, the fund, the technology on this basis, Land and supporting facilities to Yongzhou City family farm development obstacles. Finally, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
