陜西省農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化龍頭企業(yè)員工培訓(xùn)模式的研究
[Abstract]:As the main organizational carrier of agricultural industrialization management, leading enterprises shoulder the important task of market development, production base construction, technological innovation, peasant household management and organization of production guidance, which will promote the process of agricultural industrialization. To promote rural economic development and adjust and optimize the agricultural industrial structure? Increasing farmers' income plays an important role. This paper investigates the training time, location, type of lecturer, content and training feedback of the employees of leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization in Shaanxi Province. The results show that the training of agricultural industrialization leading enterprises in Shaanxi Province has the following characteristics: 1. There is a big gap between the expected effect of enterprise training and the actual training effect. Is the scale of enterprise training small? Not even a specialized training institution? Most agribusinesses focus on production rather than training? Less training? Low investment in training? Not interested in the training content, no new training methods, etc., resulting in poor training results. 2. The reasons for the poor training effect are various. The enterprise managers do not attach importance to the training, the employees' attitude towards the training is problematic, the training time is unreasonable, and the training content and form can not meet the needs of the employees. The insufficient investment of training funds, the lack of reasonable and effective feedback and supervision mechanism all have an important impact on the training effect, while the training location has little effect on the training demand. 3. Agricultural training should be developed in terms of training contents and methods to be close to employees, suitable for employees and convenient for employees. According to the advantages and characteristics of the agricultural industries in various regions, the dynamic management model of the training needs of the employees of agricultural enterprises is established, which revolves around the scope of the main business activities and the advantages of the resources of the enterprises. Use effective training methods to conduct various practical technical and vocational skills training. Through the analysis and discussion of the existing problems, the paper puts forward that the training of agricultural enterprises should be developed from the training content and the way to close to the staff, suitable for the employees and convenient for the employees. This paper puts forward the training and development mode which is suitable for the leading enterprises of Shaanxi agricultural industrialization and the training of employees, and gives relevant suggestions: first, to improve the cultural quality of the grass-roots workers of the leading enterprises in an all-round way; The second is to change the training concept, the third is to carry out systematic training and reform the new teaching method of agricultural training, and the fourth is to establish a feasible training mechanism for leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization.
